  • How do we find the interquartile range of a data set and use it to find outliers? We do three example problems of finding the interquartile range of a data set and then using it to find outliers. We will find the IQR of an even data set and the IQR of an odd data set. We find IQR by calculating Q3-Q1. Then, any value less than Q1-1.5*IQR is an outlier, and any value greater than Q3+1.5*IQR is an outlier. We'll go through the step by step process of finding outliers using IQR in today's statistics lesson! #Statistics #APStats
