    ◆ Tapioca Cake 木薯糕食材 ◆
    700g Tapioca 木薯
    100g Cane Sugar 蔗糖
    30g Butter 牛油
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    1 tbsp Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
    200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    ★30g Tapioca Starch ( Optional) 木薯粉( 可加可不加)
    ★30g Sago ( Optional) 小西米( 可加可不加)

    ◆ Ingredients 食材 ◆
    300ml Hot Water 热水
    200g Brown Sugar 传统黑糖
    260g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
    140g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    ¼ tsp Salt 盐
    4g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
    100ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    Sesame Seeds (optional )炒香芝麻(可不加)
