Great insights, love your enthusiasm! Any thoughts about Oneirogens? Like Calea Zacatechichi, or sleep guide herbs like valerian/SJW or damiana and passionflower, for instance? So you have sleep rituals or how do you transition from wakefulness to peaceful resting sleep?
thank you! i think dream enhancers are super interesting. i’ve drank egyptian blue lotus tea before & it was calming but can’t say that it enhanced my dreams at all. i definitely want to research more & would be open to trying certain ones. ☺️ i don’t really have a sleep ritual or even much of a routine to be honest, maybe in the future i will. i used to listen to binaural beats every night but now i don’t do it very often. if my room feels dry or i feel a cough coming on i diffuse water with drops of eucalyptus essential oil & occassionally some lavendar. i do like to spray magneesium mist on my skin before i sleep most nights though.
@@sydalexandriaegypt ooh great advice thanks! I like binaural beats too, and we can make our own simple sine wave ones from scratch, like with minimalist mobile apps or free open source software Audacity, because I totally appreciate/echo your concerns about subliminals 😅
