Prayer Bible appears to be great tool to use for prayer prompts in communing with God. Spending time with God is important and this Bible prayers in each chapers and space to journal which is key for jotting down your thoughts. I like the bible prayers in the back because it can help also in reading biblical prayers to teach us how to be more intimate with God. The Reading Plan is a plus for me because most Bibles do not give a reading plan and I have sturggled with reading the Bible guide all the way through. So using this Bible to help guide my prayer life would be very enriching and empowering. So thank you for creating such a powerful tool for the body of Christ Thomas Nelson.

When adding additional Bibles to my little library, I'll be honest, sometimes I just want one that feels good in my hands and that has beauty to it. The inside brings beauty to my mind and the outside can bring some beauty to my heart!

This Bible sounds just the tool I need to help me jump start my prayer life. I feel like my words aren't good enough and so I find it hard to pray because I can't find the words to say.

The Prayer Bible has tools to help me with my prayer life. I could sit at the table and pray the prepared prayers and expand afterwards. I like the red lettering feature that is not in some bible translations and the separate articles/commentaries. I think it would be a great study / prayer bible to have.

thank you for sharing. My favorite translation is the NKJV. I like that this Bible has space in the margins for notes and the prayer prompts are big plus! I think that this Bible would help me in my prayer life.

This is a great Bible. I know there are times I struggle to find the words this seems like a good guide to start and help with that. I also love the the space to write on because taking notes is great.
I love that there is space for journaling, and that every chapter has a prayer prompt so that we can dive deeper in the Word, as well as speak to God throughout our Bible reading.
I love the idea of a prayer Bible! I'm involved with Moms in Prayer, and I love praying Scripture! I might use the journaling space to write out specific verses as prayers with a blank so I can fill in someone's name. I agree that a guide toward that end would be helpful. It takes practice, not now I often find myself praying God's Word as I'm reading it!

I love Bibles with areas to write my thoughts or what God has told me. I have never seen a Bible like this, I love the prayer prompts. The next Bible to feature is a Women's Study Bible with questions and stories to read pertaining to that particular scripture. I'm getting better in my prayer life but there is always room to strengthen and to be more consistent in my prayer life. God Bless you!

I love the clean look, with very few distractions from the text and from prayer.
I am having such a hard time learning how to pray in relation to God’s word. I am always hesitant to pray in a group because of this and many times would like to join in a group but feel like am just to ignorant. This Bible looks very interesting with the prays included and the margins for notes. It looks like something l would like to have to help me grow in my Faith.

I have several bibles in several translations. It is always good to be able to compare the different translations.
This Bible sounds like a useful tool in prayer time! You did great reviewing this Bible. I also like knowing the text size. I tend to read in the dim morning light and I like readable text sizes.
This Bible looks like something I would use and would help me be more habit-filled about my prayer life. When I look at Bibles, I prefer one with clear print and with some notes if I'm using it as a study Bible. I have been reading through the Bible this year using a chronological plan, and I like having maps and timelines.

This Bible looks so interesting. The last several months I have been reading books on prayer and been involved in my church's prayer for prodigals, and a small group of us are doing scripture-fed, spirit-led, worship-based prayer. I can't explain how it has changed me. God is so good to hear us when we cry out to Him. I'd love to have a copy of The Prayer Bible and tell others about it! If you haven't already reviewed it, The Jeremiah Study Bible by David Jeremiah has been my favorite for several years now.

Ceea ce mi-a atras atenția la această nouă Biblie este versiunea și faptul că în absolut fiecare capitol din Biblie găsești cel puțin un motiv de rugăciune. Este minunat cum putem crește în viața noastră de rugăciune indiferent la ce carte sau capitol ne aflăm cu programul de citire!

I really like the prayer bible, It's a tool i can use to learn how to pray more and I just take my time talking to the Lord. There is no rush for me, I enjoy spending time with the Lord, talking to him, and our conversations together. ❤

Love the brown leather look and feel. Looks like it lays open nicely. Great amount of space in the margin - I would use that for notes, prayers, maybe even a little sticker reminder. I also like the intro reminder to actually read the WORD! It is too easy to read just prepackaged, pre-digested content. A reading plan that takes you through Scripture is so important, too. I've been listening through the whole Bible online, but might like to get back to a printed plan and physical text. I would get less distracted in this Bible since there are fewer notes. @Asheritah, great suggestion for including "how to use Scripture in your prayers" guidance.
I feel like I'm drowning sometimes and I don't know if I'm too stubborn or what, but I don't usually call out to God. I do have your Prayers of Rest book, as well as a few others, but I just feel so defeated. In my head, I know that God has never left me; I'm the one who has strayed. I just feel like a lost dumb sheep or something. This Bible would likely be a helpful tool for me--that, and accountability for actually using it. I can't seem to get that part down. I have so many tools but not a lot of motivation to use them. Lord help me.

I love this! I’ve been taking inventory and my prayer life needs a little work. Praying scripture is a relatively new concept to me, though I’ve been a Christian for most of my life, and for some reason I’m not having the easiest time with it. I agree with you that the one thing missing is a “how to pray” section. I like that they don’t write the prayers out, but point out ideas. I also like that if you want to you can write your prayers there in the Bible. I love it :) ! God bless you and keep you!

I think this will be good for praying through the Bible. Definitely not a study or devotional Bible. Those types are my jam. I do feel it deserves a place in anyone’s quiet time place.

appreciate this review. This looks like a useful tool as I try to walk alongside my daughter and teach her to pray through the bible. Definitely a resource i will be recommending as the small snippets of insight per chapter to pray for would be useful for the highschool girls I mentor as well so that they can grow in confidence in how to pull from a passage as they grow in their prayer life.

I use the NIV Bible because the King James Version is too difficult for me yo understand. I would like to try the New King James Version. I like the burgundy color. Thanks for the info.

I like ideas of prayer prompts very much. I would put the prompts at the top of the page or betsrs and not have so much empty space. If journaling is needed, either at the end of a book or chapters have lined pages.

Have you checked your copy to be sure it’s not missing any pages? My copy omitted the book of Jude and Revelation 1:1 - 3:15, - COMPLETELY MISSING plus no page number for 3 John.
