Not that i could do that , but I understand what he is doing. He has 4 shakers , 1 bottle. 1 shaker on the bottle 3 in the hand. Before he swipes through he loosens 2 shakers in his hand. By throwing the bottle , he lauches 1 shaker airborne. leaving the bottle and shaker mid-air. he takes of 1 shaker in his hand. seperates the other 2 by throwing them upwards. catches the shaker that was launched by the bottle. with that 1 he catches 1 other shaker. throws the bottle with the shaker in the air
In the explenation in my first message after this sentence : By throwing the bottle , he lauches 1 shaker airborne. leaving the bottle and shaker mid-air. he takes of 1 shaker in his hand I forgot to mention that he uses the shaker that he took in his hand , to catch the bottle. what u do if u see a bartender doing this when u order a drink ..
then catches the other seperated shaker. then throws the 2 shakers in his hand up a little bit. so he has a free hand to ctach the shaker that was aigain lauched by the bottle. to catch the shaker he just threw up a little bit. end of trick. Talk about some fu*king amazing control.. this is insane o_O?
now after all that the things that can hurt you is missing straw, garnish, over pour, under pour, a tiny spill, a big spill, a drop, a second you take to go "OH SHIT I FORGOT OH I GOT IT" can all cost you positions from 1-3 place......cause the pros are all so critical..... usually these guys get 3 months to prepare for legends, THIS year they arely got a month and a half..... for those 3 months or month and a half your practicing probably 12-15 hours a day
in order to win, your looking at being under a 1:00 on average 24/7 or at least 1:05.... next you have to have a killer clean as hell flair round, and a complete 100% sick FINALS FLAIR round If you do good in pour/speed/flair qualifiers, you gotta do it agian then add a SICK ASS WORKING FLAIR round, along with no drops with a possible of 2 minimum of drops.....
Rodrigo isn't going to enter legends anymore ethier since he won 4 times like his brother.... if you've ever been to a legends competition and competed, you'll know why 1 you have to practice your pour test like for 2 months straight, so its as perfect as can be, then you have to practice your speed round at least 4 hours a day for the 2 months of notifying you about legends and the drinks. until you get at least between 1:00 - 1:15 average...... thats if you just wanna make finals
thats litrally, wake up 8 AM SPEED 12 lunch 1 Flair 5 or 6 pm Dinner, hit the garage do pour then you have LIFE in the way, if you have a gf or a job its gonna make it 10 times harder........ espically if your trying to get a speed rond of 1:05 at most, with like 2-3 mess ups, and a flair round of 750+ which all first place people get, average is like 600 - 700 so yea, thats why christian and rodrigo don't wanna do legends anymore
I've never seen a flair bartender with as much finesse as Danilo Oribe. just so smooth and cool!
