Amen @KeithNester love your channel too brother. Just found this last nite! Awesome channel. Took me 9 years of trying to disprove Catholic faith before coming home as a revert. Holy Spirit was patient as was my wife who evangelized me all those years
Some key points I learned: 1) No Bishop, no church, which is where Christ is. Submit to church’s clergy as each appointed by Christ and their authority 2) Eucharist is Christ’s flesh and God’s drink is His blood, both renew our faith as they are incorruptible love and eternal life 3) Be united in truth, but truth trumps unity IF had to choose 1 4) Scripture is not only authority 5) Do not listen to heretics and flee from division and wrath. Speaking against God’s gift of Eucharist is death 6) Attend church together. Be doers of word, especially caring for widows and orphans 7) Do not follow Schismatic men lest ye lose the inheritance of God’s kingdom
Yes, run on sentences. Sister Gellet would have gigged St. Paul big time. Took me forever to figure out what he was saying. Felt better when I saw St. Peter had a hard time understanding him, too.
Thank you Dear Rev. Fr. for giving a vivid account of the life and service of the great Church Father St. Ignatius. Very good narration.
Just found this channel. Totally loving it!
Great to have you. This guy is great, and he seems to really know his stuff.

He absolutely hammers the necessity of union with the bishop!
Love St. IGNATIUS of Antioch. Says it all.
This is an excellent video
