Not sure if that was a failure or if that was intentional. The system in this village could be an exception after all and potentially may not be connected with the system.

I have a Q&A request for For this video! Does the PA system also set off as the Czech siren tests/alerts? If not, what is its mechanic?

I know, it sounds weird. BUT I think it replaced the mechanical siren that was once there, so they want to keep the sound the same.
