Bahaha the title really stood out to me! Today I meet up with my Narcassistic ex to get my personal belongings i left behind when I ran away from him. I left everything 6500 klm behind me. Haven't looked back since. My new life has been a dream come true however today I meet the past to complete my progress forward. And I am not alone to meet him so my nerves will be less on edge. I do the shower meditation,imagine visualising all negativity draining (being taken away) as the golden light showers me, and the negativity goes down the drain.

I'm trying to change my bad habits, like over-eating, sleeping, thinking and leaving my painful past behind , and maybe someday start trusting myself and others again. Meditation is the key for me to increase self awareness, increase self Love which will lead to Love to others and all things! What a goal! ❤️❤️❤️💯😁
It's true, new life indeed is possible. I've gone from a wretched existence to knowing that I have a better life than I could ever imagine, one that I feel is better than I deserve. For me, spiritual growth has been key -- that is, knowing and valuing my real, higher Self and my relationship to everyone and everything, and doing just the tiniest things every day that feed and strengthen my spirit is instantly rewarding and more effective than merely 'working'. Also, kindred spirits are showing up everywhere and supporting for me. I'm truly happy and grateful to you and so many others walking similar paths.
Yes, my old life has definitely ended. My very dear Mother passed away. We were always very close. And I was her caregiver, living in her apartment, and I am not allowed to stay because it's a senior apartment for over 62 years old. I knew the day was going to come someday that I would have to leave and don't yet have anywhere to go. Or to rephrase that, I don't yet know where I am going to go. It's taken me about 3 weeks of being mentally and emotionally paralyzed to even start actually clearing out her apartment, and the grief has only grown. This is where I currently do not feel like I resonate with all of the daily posts and messages about letting go now. Because it's not a "so what, something happened with my business" or someone did this or that to me and I need to just move on. Actually, all of that already happened in the past. But back then, at least I still had my Mom, who never abandoned me in my many trials through injustices that I had. I still had my Mom. And grief does not heal so quickly...in fact, if I tried to let it go at this point, it would only disguise itself as letting go but it would actually only be suppressing or repressing it. So I am trying to figure out how to still feel like continuing to listen to these videos is something that I can resonate with and not feel like so few can relate at this point in time. I know I can't be the only one here who has a similar situation. I have found one or two people to talk to on social media accounts, but they aren't on the spiritual awakening path, as I have been for about 7 years now. I certainly appreciate support. ✨❤️✨❤️✨
Be in nature, hold space for your emotions to flow through you, don't stifle your emotions, don't hold onto them, just acknowledge them and allow them to flow through you. After you release focus on gratitude, beauty in nature, and keep moving forward ❤

Hi all and thankyou Gasper,I have found your videos to be a big part of my personal growth.
My biggest challenge though is that I am a horder,so find it difficult to get rid off stuff.I have been doing really well in all other areas of my life and feel totally free of any worries or stress apart from the hording.
I try to meditate each morning in my garden and have found this to be so positive and powerful in changing my mindset in the other areas of my life.
I am getting a bit better with being more mindful when buying more stuff,but I am a reseller,so see money in the stuff.
If money was no object I wouldn't be as bad I suppose.🤔❤
Omg, go on a buying diet. Pick 1 week, not a single bought item. When feeling come up....just sit and feel it. It will get easier with practice ❤❤❤
All of our society and advertising has taught this behaviour. It looks like you will be happy if you buy and spend. Thankfully we don't need all this stuff, if anything we clog up our lives .

Honestly my life has been changing since I have lost my previous job, it is quite fascinating all that i was slowly melting away and making change to a new version of myself, I remember like after 4 months of losing my job at the 5th I changed once again, it was like the time to break of my eggshell and also how I got my confidence back, how I was able to talk to strangers once again and how I was able to look at others without a fear lens or veil in my mind after I faced my fears it open my eyes to a new reality.

I knew this message is for me. Coincides well with 5555 I saw in grim hustle freedom shorts that i saw right before. As I'm writing this saw perfect 444k (not normal), I acknowledged but then 444.4k- my guides shouting confirmation (okok i get it!) that they put grim hustle and 5555 together. And 222.2 while writing, too many quadruples in such a short time. Making their presence known very eagerly❤✨ I love it Gasper, I've been binge watching a lot of your videos and writing the advices down cuz I feel like you give practical and truly effective tips I can implement in this period of change in my life. The saddest thing to me is that God isn’t number one on the list. You see everything in life is showing us. There is nothing here to fill the empty. We feel separated from God, but nobody’s asking about that. Everybody wants something that does not exist. there’s no happiness without God, God hears everything we want. He just wants to hear how much we want him more than things.
