      That is a really great compliment. "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!" is one of my favorite books.

    Love all the little gems in this video. For example, showing how to edit the hatch pattern on a xsection in the part! I did not know how to do that. also, showing how the profile rib can follow a curved surface. Another awesome video beginning to end thank you!

      Thanks, Sean. I always wonder about how many tangents I should follow versus sticking strictly to the topic at hand.

    Wow that functionality is awesome! Somewhat similiar to NX. Is this something they added in 7, or is it a separate license?

    Hi, great video! I had a question regarding how to handle split bodies in terms of the assembly. Imagine this assembly had other components involved, but I need to change the hole diameter of the rib feature. How would I go about updating the conical component without messing up my constraints with other components in the assembly?

    How do you split surfaces on a solid object so that you can fill surfaces with different colours?

    How to do this in creo 6.0

      That's a good question. Probably with an assembly, skeleton, and data sharing features.

      You can download and use Vuforia for free through the end of the month. That would be my first recommendation. Regarding the future of AR, it's wide open. Take a look at the blog posts on AR on the PTC website.

    Sir, can we split body using sketch?

    • @CADPLMGuy
      @CADPLMGuy  4 года назад +2

      No, because the sketch is 2D and the geometry is 3D. All you need to do, though, is either extrude the sketch or create a fill surface.
