HELLO HI- so sorry for the lag with the camera at the beginning. It didn't look too bad on film and then translated awfully on render. HOPEFULLY IT'S WATCHABLE 😭
"I'm cringe, but I'm free." Nice quote.
This video was s.o. insightful. As someone who also has adhd I felt like a lot of your tips would actually be super helpfull. I oftentimes find these videos a bit unhelpful since they regurgitate the same thing over and over and I find myself not really taking away anything useful so tyyyyyy
Imma need a tutorial on those lights and shadows bc wow 😍
Your art is ggggorgeous?!? Omg such technical skill and style, it’s eye candy!! 😍😍
Thanks so much for sharing your process! Your work has been super inspirational for me. 🙏 Keep up the beautiful work!
That Liking Your Content point you mention in the beginning is definitely very true (and, if it helps, something that I'll admit I've struggled with as well sometimes and I wouldn't be surprised if many artists and content creators go through this struggle, especially if they're making art/content to post for an audience online or to be seen by a wide public). I'm the kind of artist who encounters a kind of slight stage fright/high anxiety when it comes to thinking of myself posting my art online and the possibility of getting some form of Internet fame/publicity (and hearing about some popular online artists/creators enduring the cancel culture/general issues with fame gauntlet often doesn't help). ^^;
It's definitely something I've been working on in my art journey and I wouldn't be surprised if it's something other artists often struggle with in their art journey too. I've also been trying to work with not getting so focused on constructive criticism that it causes me paralysis as well (recently graduated community college - and while I think there were a few good art things I've learned from my time in college, I've been working on getting back to being freer/less self-conscious with my art since one of the downsides of learning art in college is that it takes a while to get back to having fun with art/drawing again after graduating college).
Nips ! I finally found you again ! I had completely forgotten your channel’s name (I’m bad with names, sorry TT), but I stumbled upon this new video of yours and god ! The progress ! Not only is this video extremely useful as I’ve been thinking about doodling a small webtoon myself, bit I was also able to re-read OFFcell and the changes are both astounding and so amazing ! The characters feel even more fleshed out than before, and your artstyle is so cool and expressive and mesmerising ! You’re really an inspiration for me 💚
Also, the chapters 4 and 4.5 on your webtoon are said to be coming soon, with a kind of loading icon on what makes me think of a blurred cover for them, with your blonde lady character we saw with Anya (again, bad with names, sorry) - I was wondering if it was normal, or not ? If it was maybe a problem coming from me ? I hope the question wasn’t already asked, I’ve just started binging your videos again haha
In any case, thank you so much for sharing your art and story and beautiful brain in general with us ! Lots of love on you, and please take care 💚
3:21 I actually implemented this in my own comic since it’s fantasy and a lot of the characters speak all sorts of non human languages. I think it’s great for showing that the characters aren’t speaking English without being distracting
I'm glad i watched this video. Inspirational and calming as well as informative. It has helped me very much in my preperation for a challenge called manga may.
Keep going 🔥❤️
Thanks for this video! I really needed this, there were things that I was focusing too hard on and other things that weren't getting the tlc it needs for my comic. This was really helpful
Ahhh I'm so glad! Thank you for watching! Wishing you the best of luck on your comic 🥹
OMG I love this so much! Thank you for sharing!

Wait, this comic is also in Serbian? That's actually really cool to see.

I used to sell them by chapter! I currently don't but I plan on doing a Kickstarter for Volume 1 once Chapter 4 & 4.5 are complete 🥹

It's always nice to see some behind the scenes for such a complex task - quite inspiring, thank you ✨
Does anyone know what Display Tablet she's using? Ty!
I'm using the WaCom Cintiq 16! 😁
@@ARTBYNIPS Pro or non-pro? You've been drawing for several years. Is your back/neck okay? 🥲 Or do you do some back exercises to prevent pain? Im asking because Im using pen tablet for good posture but some people said there is a 'way' to set up Pen Display ergonomically. Can you share your experience? Thank you very much!
Also, I love your art. Your Anatomy and Color Theory fundamentals are solid. Your speedpaints and commentary are helpful. 😊
