Now that this final video in this strength principles series is out, I want to express my gratitude to Snatch Wesley Snipes, Dr. Mike, and the whole Juggernaut team for this incredible content and everything else from this channel. I'm just an amateur and mediocre powerlifter, but I'm a student of the game and to have all this free knowledge from some of the world's top coaches and athletes is just so fucking cool. I definitely consider you guys my mentors. Thanks for making the world a better place to lift.

I've watched the whole series and took plenty of notes. I can't thank you guys enough. This is amazing content. I've pulled information from many others on RUclips but this really has the most in depth information on strength training. Thanks again.

Another great video Chad, really good series to complement the book. @ 14:53 you might want to put a note saying single ply instead of multi-ply like you said in the video though.

Hey Chad, thanks for all this content, it's really helped me get things moving again. I've successfully used the principles in powerlifting but I moved to strongman and it's a bit trickier with the events being moving targets. Could you perhaps critique a strongman program (maybe juggernaut for strongman?) using the principles so we get an idea of applying these principles outside of powerlifting?

I think something that is going to become taken into account more as it is more well understood in terms of intra-personal differences is epigenetics and changes in gene expression despite the same genetic code. Gene expression and epigenetic changes occur throughout life and can be influenced by a lot of things. Just how active the athlete is outside of their weight training can effect expression levels that effect, say, recovery in ways beyond what they might think relevant to their training and not factor it in. How you eat and sleep over periods of time could have epigenetic effects beyond just empirically observable energy and recovery levels. Total calories in and out and absolute body composition also have shown the ability to change how the body handles those calories, which is probably being influenced by up and down gene regulation. I'm really interested to see if we can get to the point where we can understand which gene expression levels are optimal for response and and recovery from training and and use some sort of medical solution that allows people to achieve that desired suite of gene expression without the normal stimulus of having the best possible diet, sleep and activity patterns, being stress free and young.

thats crazy that you did a good morning with 315. is that for injury prevention or finishing strength on the squat and deadlift?

Chad, not that im saying what you're saying isn't true but wouldn't the size of a lifters frame also reflect the size of his/her other systems i.e. the GI, CNS and other organs therefore making up for the difference in the amount of fatigue being induced in the athlete and his ability to recover or decay fatigue?

Nick Rachuna from a theoretical standpoint that sounds like a nice idea but just isn't the way it happens in practical application from my observation.
