Excellent video. I was told I need a 6" base. so have decided to go with the extra firm 3", then 2" firm, to a 2" talalay medium. That would give me an over all 7" base with the 8" coil support. I've seen they do make a cotton zippered cover for these on line. Would make it easier to actually slide into place. I've actually thought of cutting a packing blanket to fit to place just under the coil/cover.
Thank you I needed to be sure because of cost and there are no stores around for me to test the material. I have a place sending me samples. I noticed you had yours over a year. And wondered if you still felt the same. Thank you.
Hard mattress should I get soft or medium talalay? Side sleeper and my hip bone sticks out a bit so I need pressure relief and where can I get talalay?
I went with medium and I like it alot. But I'd say it depends on body size. I'm about 190lb . I do like more firm mattress. And depends if you are doing a topper over your old mattress or doing the whole thing like I did. I suggest watching my other videos on this. I'll try do an update on this soon.
Have you tested the medium Talalay directly atop the pocketed coils, without the firm Dunlop? As an average sized (6', 180lb) side/stomach sleeper, I question whether the firm Dunlop is beneficial. Eliminating it would reduce costs, reduce the weight of the mattress, and improve airflow. Thoughts?
I saw your ordered from the airazona mattress website, correct? That's the one im looking at too. I'm just curious, why did you get 2 6-inch topper's, and a coil spring base? Normall, you would just have the coils and one 3 inch topper. Have you tried it with just one topper to see if there is any difference? I like a bit of a firm mattress, and 6 inches seems like it would sink too much for me.
Which would you recommend if I were to use latex as couch cushions? I inherited a highly uncomfortable vintage sofa, and am wanting to replace the cushions.
I wanna add a topper to my mattress … I’m around 230 pounds … what 3 inch Topper do you recommend from Arizona premium Mattress … I’m primarily a back sleeper … sometimes the side by rarely
@@globalpioneer5076 I wouldn’t say it’s sunk in but It doesn’t have the support I want … I want something that doesn’t go down as much when I sleep on my back
It also depends on what you're laying it over. If you are laying it over memory foam, and some of you will. You will need the firm to help rid of most of the sinking the memory foam does after it ages. I have memory foam and I'm so happy I ordered the firm latex twin size for me.
If I just tell you without watching my other videos then you'll not learn anything . I have have other videos on this that explains alot so you know what you are buying. I still would change my mind on buying my setup after a year , it's still as comfortable as when I bought it. Wouldn't change a thing.
I'm looking to do that same set up you got . I'm a back and side sleeper . I'm assuming you are the same because of the layers you chose. This may be over kill but I'm thinking of getting 1 inch nano coils to put between the the frim dunlop amd medium latex layers.
@@michaelpanorias6692 I sleep on my side most of the time, and on my stomach. I'd try what I've got before you go overboard spending money on something you really don't need.
@@globalpioneer5076 Your absolutely right. I order the dunlop pillow and talalay pillow just so I can sample both materials. I saw your video about the latex pillow review after the fact. I read and re read the description of the talalay pillow I even went on the talalay global website says 100 percent talalay but wouldn't be surprised if its blended like you stated .
I have commented here before with another account but I am very disappointed that I ordered both soft and medium talalay toppers and both are sinking hammocking and causing a great deal of back pain and had asked where you got yours from but couldn't get an answer and now am stuck with a topper I cannot use or return. I am about 144 to 150 pounds side sleeper. Crazy because my mom has a topper and its heaven so maybe I used a bad company and dunlop was way too hard for me.
I dont know your setup, did you put on existing mattress, how thick of latex , I can't just tell you your problem if I don't know what you are using or trying to do. Did you get 100% latex? Or is it a blend?
And you can link the company here and I'll research them and tell you if they are selling fake latex or not. Remember latex foam isn't cheap so if you get it cheap then it's probably garbage
I used latex mattress factory first 3 inch soft and then 3 inch medium a a swap out and I sink right to the mattress I put it as a topper on brand new hard mattress all foam from living spaces I tried an all Dunlop firm med soft from spindle and had to donate and return that as it was too hard Btw I’m commenting on diff account depends on computer I use mine or my husbands Thank you for your reply
The Southern accent gives this review that extra level of authenticity.
Thanks. Lol I know it's bad.
Looks good, thanks for sharing. Getting one of these for my dog he's going to love it

Finally, I now know how to move a topper. I've torn six of them right in half. My wife is kind of mad at me, but the dog thinks I'm the greatest.
@@billhess6647 I just posted an update of how the foam is holding up.
How much would be the price for a talalay mattres?thanks great video
Do you still like your mattress? Will you give me and update? I'm looking into mattress and I need pain relief mattress.
Absolutely I do. 💯 I find myself in it more often I like it so much.
I actually bought some and I put is in my car seat . Which I'll do an update of soon. Subscribe and share so you get the update.

I saw this on a website: if you weigh less than 130 pounds get a soft. If you weigh 130 to 230 get a medium. Over 230 get a firm.
What is the pocketed coil layer? Where do you get those?
Same place I got the foam from. I mentioned it in my other videos .

No I haven't. Air flow I don't think is a problem. Not any I've noticed.

For cushion I'd use Dunlop
I bet the Dunlop extra firm would be a fantastic choice.
Did you ever end up getting latex for your couch cushions? I have been thinking about doing the same.
Thanks for your review sir
Thanks . I'll do an update soon. See how the mattress is doing as far as sag goes.

Does it sleep hot? I hear latex at the top of any bed makes it hot.
No different from another mattress. It does absorb heat like other foams do. I have 2 pillows and they are best pillows I've ever had.

oh boy, i cant do the smell thing. if this smells like vanilla, i'll never fall asleep. cant stand vanilla.
It's not strong and it doesn't last long. Better than poly foam with bunch of chemicals.
Talalai can't be organic, and organic never means better
It's the best I've used . Ill Never go back to synthetic crap.
