Bro, I am applying visitor visa along with my wife. I am self employed person so I uploaded my business documents in business registration section. On the other hand my wife private employee. I want to upload her documents like Job NOC and salary slips so in which section I should upload my wife documents.

not through online application & not via Log in Key
You can find out forms again by going through mycic account . Answer questions based on your scenario and at the end when it asks you can make digital copies, online payments etc say no so that the system will ask you to apply on paper along with instructions

Create a mycic account for your wife and then your wife and kids can apply using that. My assumption is that you are not applying anything this time

@@HelpingAll For Aradhya daughter 3 yr old :This form is under application form heading : Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (required)...I think this form only be filled for dependent aged 18 or above .....one more is which is under optional that is Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
Then the form 5257 which is under mandatory section needs to be filled
