Hello, I think 2 months is fine. Just make sure you consider the processing time too. So if you are applying in January, mention two months in around summer May/June. Not March/April. 2-3 months is fine. Avoid 6 months in the application, officers might think that you will apply extension after 6 months. So shorter duration is fine. However parents can stay upto 6 months too even if you specify 2 months in your application, and no issues with the extension too.

i know it is difficult. see if you can remove something which is not so important. try compressing the single pages individually and then merge them, this way, you can compress more to a few pages which are just word files, and compress less to those pages which gets blur such as proofs and scanned documents. compress the compressed file again and again until they are clear and not getting blurred. hope this technique works for you. you can say no, becasue your mother and father are applying by themselves, dont mention anywhere that your father filled details for your mother too. Hello, thanks for watching. You might need a same name affidavit mentioning that both names address the same person. And add any other relevant documents to support your claim. You can find the same name affidavit format on the internet. If the name is slightly different then you can just explain this in your own words. This form also has option to fill the maiden name, so you can say that on mother’s documents it’s the maiden name (name before her marriage) and your husband has name after marriage, or vice versa. No proof is required for this. I have shown this in video for my mother-in-law name section. Also my father has Kumar as middle name in his all documents whereas ad per my documents my father doesn’t have any middle name. So I haven’t given any reason for this. Hope this helps. Hi thanks for watching. Even in our case we got biometric request separately. Mother in law got after 1 day and father in law got after 1 week I think. We just waited for a few days. In your case its been 15 days already. May be wait for 5 more days or get the appointment for at least one person who got the request. That should also be fine.

I don't think they send any communication in mail in Canada, so it's better to provide your Canadian address if you are inviting your parents. Just to keep the application not so complex for IRCC. I applied for my in-laws, and parents, didn't receive anything in the mail.
@@Namrata_Arora there is no specific requirement, but it should be enough to cover their expenses during the whole trip. so just calculate, if according to your application, they are coming for 2 months, then I think at least 6k CAD in their account (2 person), plus your Canadian bank statements separately. Same case with me, my fathers name in my all documents is Sanjay Gupta but in his all documents it was Sanjay Kumar Gupta. I have applied without any explanation and has given his name as per his passport. Sanjay Kumar Gupta. Since it was just the middle name missing. You can do 2 things. Either you can apply just like this without any explanation. Or You can apply normally however just add some info in your additional documents saying that both name are same and attach proof like both passports. I remember when I applied for my wife’s trv very first time I used the new online portal but still I added this 5645 form with the additional documents section (last page), but it was not needed. yes, you both can jointy invite them, show the funds together. Yes he can show salary and bank statements for the proof of funds. Additionally you can also say that you will support him financially in canada and provide your documents too. Also make sure you focus on his home country ties which proves that he will go back to his home country before visit visa gets expired. Job could be one reason. Hello, the invitation letter can be added at two places: 1. in your proof of funds section (I think it's a requirement when you see the detail there) 2. Yes, that's a great idea. Make sure to add your husband's name as the representative. Then, for the question that asks who is inviting you, list your husband's name first. Regarding the documentation, prioritize your husband's documents by placing them first, followed by yours. Include both Notice of Assessments (NOAs) for the last year along with four of your husband's recent bank statements. If you also have a bank account, it’s optional but beneficial to include your bank statements as well. For additional documents, provide a brief explanation of why your husband is inviting your parents. For the question about financial support, if someone is giving you money, I assume you’ll be covering your parents' expenses. In that case, mention "WE" to indicate a joint effort. Hello, in this case, you can create an account as shown, add all 3 members in the application, you become the representative for all 3, and choose your sister as the principal applicant in the application. Sisters husband information you can provide in the same application where it asks for marital status and name etc. Biometric letters are received only after you submit the application. And then you can follow the instructions from that biometric letter and choose the nearest office to give biometrics for all 3 applicants. Our parents gave biometrics in Delhi. Hope this helps. How did you paste all the required docs in funds of proof or letter of invitation ? As a full page pictures or pdf object ? Also, couldn’t attach recent 4 statement since it is security concern files. Pls advise
Hello, thanks for watching. Well I converted all the documents from pdf to jpg images first. Then copy paste those images to your word file in order. And at last save the final word as pdf. Sometimes you need the 2-3 separate word files and convert them to pdf and then merge those pdf to create your final document file. For Ex. Starting 3 page of words are cover letter, invitation letter, and itinerary. So make 1 pdf of this. Next you have few pages of proofs like bank statements or investments etc, so create separate word file and paste the jpg images of those proofs in order. Next you might have something else to add in the proof, so create a separate word file of that. Then convert all those 3 word files into pdf separately and then finally merge them together to create one final proof document. For bank statements, see if you can convert the pdfs into jpg and then attach. If not, then get the statements print from the bank, take clear photo and attach. I used ilovepdf website for all the conversions, doc merge, compress size, etc. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)

In my case, my wife acted as representative for her parents visit visa application. And I acted as representative for my parents visit visa application. You can purchase the heath insurance at any time. For sister, you may buy one cheap refundable insurance just for visa application sake, and then buy a proper health insurance once the visa is approved. I dont think its a good idea. Keep mother and father in same application for simple processing.
You can have a separate application for in laws though, if you are married and have in laws.

Hi thanks for watching. The process is mostly same. Just mention their residential addresses correct, they have to go for the biometrics too. It can be either in india or UAE. Write all the correct details about all address types such as residential address or mailing address. It doesn’t impact on the processing your application.

They printed, signed and sent me a scanned copy.
Same I did from my side. Print sign and scanned.
Then i combined page 1 2 3. Where page 2 and 3 are scanned copy. Page 2 has my signatures and page 3 has fathers sign.

It’s better to get a new one. One year old documents is old I think.
Plus you need to understand the previous reasons for rejection and address those.

I don't think they send any communication in mail in Canada, so it's better to provide your Canadian address if you are inviting your parents. Just to keep the application not so complex for IRCC.
I applied for my in-laws, and parents, didn't receive anything in the mail.

@@Namrata_Arora there is no specific requirement, but it should be enough to cover their expenses during the whole trip. so just calculate, if according to your application, they are coming for 2 months, then I think at least 6k CAD in their account (2 person), plus your Canadian bank statements separately. Old passport stamps we need to apply or not
Its better to add them which proofs that you have a travel history and you tend to come back before the visa gets expired

yes you can, but in my opinion, to increase the chances of approval, its better to apply separately (parents and inlaws)
My father name in my passport is "Dasharathbhai" but in his all documents and passport, his name is "Dashrathbhai". What I should do?
Same case with me, my fathers name in my all documents is Sanjay Gupta but in his all documents it was Sanjay Kumar Gupta.
I have applied without any explanation and has given his name as per his passport. Sanjay Kumar Gupta. Since it was just the middle name missing.
You can do 2 things.
Either you can apply just like this without any explanation.
Or
You can apply normally however just add some info in your additional documents saying that both name are same and attach proof like both passports. Or you might get a same name affidavit and add that in your additional info document.
Use his passport name everywhere since it is his Visa.

Hello thanks for watching. If you are applying using the new online portal, I dont think you need that form. I think it is needed when you apply using gc key account.
I remember when I applied for my wife’s trv very first time I used the new online portal but still I added this 5645 form with the additional documents section (last page), but it was not needed.
When I applied for the 2nd time for my wife and also applied for her parents a few months back, didn’t add this 5645 form.

yes, you both can jointy invite them, show the funds together. (both sign the financial support letter, saying both will take care finanically, and both provide canadian bank statements and paystubs), make sure you add two people in the question that asks who is inviting you.

Hi, i am applying for my brother and he is working in India but he got the job in April this year, he doesn’t have any investment, Tax returns or property right now. He is having only salary slips. So in proof of funds he can show only bank statements. Will that be okay?
Yes he can show salary and bank statements for the proof of funds. Additionally you can also say that you will support him financially in canada and provide your documents too.
Also make sure you focus on his home country ties which proves that he will go back to his home country before visit visa gets expired. Job could be one reason. Get a letter from company that he is only going for vacation and expected to join back.

Hello, the invitation letter can be added at two places:
1. in your proof of funds section (I think it's a requirement when you see the detail there)
2. As your first page if you have the additional document section.
for marriage certificate, this can be added directly, I see a direct place to upload the marriage certificate.

Yes, that's a great idea. Make sure to add your husband's name as the representative. Then, for the question that asks who is inviting you, list your husband's name first. For the question asking if someone else has invited you, include your name there. This will make it clear that the invitation is a combined effort from both of you.
Regarding the documentation, prioritize your husband's documents by placing them first, followed by yours. Include both Notice of Assessments (NOAs) for the last year along with four of your husband's recent bank statements. If you also have a bank account, it’s optional but beneficial to include your bank statements as well.
For additional documents, provide a brief explanation of why your husband is inviting your parents.
For the question about financial support, if someone is giving you money, I assume you’ll be covering your parents' expenses. In that case, mention "WE" to indicate a joint effort. In the letter of financial support, explain to the IRCC that your funds are combined and shared by both of you, emphasizing that it’s not solely your husband's responsibility.
Lastly, don't forget to include four recent bank statements from your parents' side as well.
In the documents, particularly the invitation letter and proof of funds, ensure that both your name and your husband's name are clearly mentioned. Hello, in this case, you can create an account as shown, add all 3 members in the application, you become the representative for all 3, and choose your sister as the principal applicant in the application.
Sisters husband information you can provide in the same application where it asks for marital status and name etc.
Biometric letters are received only after you submit the application. And then you can follow the instructions from that biometric letter and choose the nearest office to give biometrics for all 3 applicants.
Our parents gave biometrics in Delhi.

Hi, I think you should have avoided this reason. I have heard stories and now even you are saying so, that if you say your parents are coming for delivery help etc, chance are you will get a refusal :(

How did you paste all the required docs in funds of proof or letter of invitation ? As a full page pictures or pdf object ? Also, couldn’t attach recent 4 statement since it is security concern files. Pls advise
Hello, thanks for watching. Well I converted all the documents from pdf to jpg images first. Then copy paste those images to your word file in order. And at last save the final word as pdf. Sometimes you need the 2-3 separate word files and convert them to pdf and then merge those pdf to create your final document file.
For Ex. Starting 3 page of words are cover letter, invitation letter, and itinerary. So make 1 pdf of this. Next you have few pages of proofs like bank statements or investments etc, so create separate word file and paste the jpg images of those proofs in order. Next you might have something else to add in the proof, so create a separate word file of that. Then convert all those 3 word files into pdf separately and then finally merge them together to create one final proof document.
For bank statements, see if you can convert the pdfs into jpg and then attach. If not, then get the statements print from the bank, take clear photo and attach.
I used ilovepdf website for all the conversions, doc merge, compress size, etc.

Imm 5476: yes if there is any representative. In my case, my wife acted as representative for her parents visit visa application. And I acted as representative for my parents visit visa application.
You can purchase the heath insurance at any time. For sister, you may buy one cheap refundable insurance just for visa application sake, and then buy a proper health insurance once the visa is approved.
For mother, you can buy health insurance one her visit visa is approved.
Buying from canada is recommended!
