It might not help, but Run through One Piece with someone close to you- I"ve been helping my Boyfriend though the Dub (He got traumatized by 4kids and avoided the show like the plague) and it has been SO fun being the Goddess of Wisdom for his One Piece trip.

Tbh I’d have to disagree, I think Mob Psycho at the very least comes close as does One Punch Man, just because like I’m assuming One Piece does, they have a lot of creative freedom via Freelancers and Directors kind enough to let them express their creativity.
