Guided Meditation for Lover Lucid Dreams // Astral Tantra

- ☆ This meditation will guide you to manifest your Dream Lover within a lucid dream. There is 30 mins of guided meditation followed by 30 mins of ambient music with binaural beats and isochronic tones (4Hz) to relax you into the astral realm. I've also included subliminal lucid dreaming triggers - "You are Dreaming... with your Dream Lover..." to enhance your levels of lucid awareness.
WARNING: This mediation will activate your sacral chakra which can be very stimulating! It might be difficult for some people to get to sleep afterwards...
I recommend listening in the early morning using the "Wake and Back to Bed" method for inducing lucid dreams.

So far every time I listen to this and I dream, I just dream about having food. And the one time I became lucid , I was in a grocery store and I ate all the food. Maybe food is my dream lover

This is not a joke but you actually said a very deep thing. We all think sex is the ultimate goal for pleasure and all that but it's just a sensory pleasure just like eating delicious food, smelling great aromas, listening great music and likewise warmth sensations for skin whatever might be the source.

The hypnosis actually worked! I woke up from a somewhat sad dream, but... it was still sweet either way! I dreamt that the world was coming to an end and we were told that we had one day left to live. I chose to spend my last day in my boyfriend's arms, and it was really sweet.
Edit: since I had this dream over 2 years ago, my boyfriend has become my Fiancé, we’ve moved in together, we own a cat... Now, I get to be in his arms every day, and wouldn’t trade that for anything. 😊❤️

I adore lucid dream music. I lucid dream every night... Its like an adventure at the end of the day and I've started to throughly look forward to them.

Yes, same for me. I had a very vivid detailed dream which lasted for much longer than most. I'm going to listen every night. Hopefully I can become lucid and remain lucid.

i was on this video to lucid dream but i almost shifted. My eyes were forcing open, everything was white, and i was floating. I was in my DR for a second it was crazy.

Everytime I listen to this, I meet my twin flame in my dream. It's crazy because its not always a positive encounter, yet it's his face staring back at me EVERYTIME! This only works if you use it properly folks. The only way you will know, is if that same lover pops up.

Okay so I was very skeptical because I didn’t like that the voice sounded like mumbles, I really didn’t expect to get anything out this so half way through I stopped listening and went to sleep.
But, I had very strange dreams. In one of the dreams there was this really creepy elevator and there was a tall thin dark male on this elevator that I felt an instant connection to, my brain cannot remember his face though.
I also ended up later on in this house that I’ve never been in before but have dreamt about once before. I’m convinced this was me seeing my future house, and maybe that man is who I would live there with? Super interesting, I will be listening again tonight to see what else I dream about

The woman reading this has a weird, quavery voice that I found a bit hard to understand. The meditation started out nicely enough, but I started getting these weird, Cronenberian images of being physically melded with my Dream Lover....literally, "two hearts beating as one" like a pair of conjoined twins, two neurological systems intermeshing with each other, et cetera. It got a little weird about half-way through!

Take a spiritual cleansing bath first , then see if you can remember your dreams.

Only thing happening when I listen to this specific meditation is that my body jerks itself back to waking state multiple times leaving my heart pounding like crazy. Unfortunately, no lucid dream whatsoever. ☹

Lately, I've been trying this before I sleep, and I can't get past the legs/toes part cuz I always fall asleep then... I wake up in the morning to see the video had finished, so it was still playing while I slept, but I haven't actually heard any of the rest of the video... so far, no dreams of my dream lover... 🙁 I think about him often throughout the day, and try to imagine us together while trying to fall asleep, I haven't had a dream of him for a long time, like several months... am I trying to hard? Idk what to do, it's almost like he's gone from my dreams completely, but occasionally I will see things throughout my days that remind me of him, I feel like maybe it's his way of sending a message or sign to me...

Cannot for the life of me understand what is being said, there is so much reverb and a lot of background noise!
Can someone please explain this? About maybe an hour ago i went to bed to rest trying to sleep, the time was around maybe 17:00, not going to bed like getting 8 hours of sleep but just to sleep maybe an hour. I tried to sleep but i couldn’t so i just laid there not falling asleep but i was really close to i guess, very relaxed. Astral projection was not in my head at all, i have been trying a lot lately but failed, so this was not an attempt at it. As i laid there i started to like swing side to side (not my physical body) I have felt that sensation before when i meditate, trying to get an astral projection. But now it got so intense so my non physical body flipped over so instead of lying one my back as i did i got my belly against the bed and from there i started to float fast up to my ceiling. I got so scared and was trying to resist it and then i was back in my bed and i got really scared it would happened again and like for a sec there i felt it all happening again so resisted it again then i was in a sleep paralysis, i also fel really numb in my body like when your leg falls asleep for an example then it wore of really fast and here i am writing this. Im scared it was like a lucid dream or something, but it didn’t feel like a dream at all, i never even had i thought it was dreaming and it was so real., i really don’t think i fell asleep. I like to believe this was a astral projection. But it feels too good to be true, cause I’ve tried a lot but never gotten there before now i guess. What are you guys thoughts? What do you think it was?

It happens when we try less and allow it to happen when it comes. I had two cases - both unintentional, although I am thinking and trying to go Astral for more than a year now. Well, I was trying but it led me nowhere and than it just kind of happened in that moment when I was falling asleep (just like with you). So I said to myself I will not try anymore, I will just go with the flow when it comes again. And it came one more time. Because I'm interested in these things and I'm watching, reading and learning more and more I believe my consciousness will shift and I will be able to do it more often. But I can't force it, it doesn't work for me that way. But for other people it does - with discipline and constant trying. So I guess we are different and any one of us has to find his/her own way. Good luck! And try not to be scared, just give in. Say to yourself that you will accept everything that happens and go there without negative feelings or emotions because negative attracts only negative and vise versa.

wikingdude Wiking It can and will interrupt the exercise, if you allow it to. If you sit to think about the fact that you have a buildup of saliva waiting to be swallowed, and you wait to do so because you believe it will interrupt you, then it will. Get it over with as quickly as possible and resume your meditation as if nothing happened. This is/was a big problem for me, especially when it came to trying to remain completely still. Search a guy named Ryan Cropper, you'll learn a lot from him surrounding astral projection and the likes.
