Good video, thanks. I just purchased the Sync. Tbe probes performed well but the ambient readings did not. As much as 40 deg different from my Thermoworks Smoke which I trust and even 15 degrees between the two probes just inches apart in the same piece of meat. The ambient temperature is my most important data point on my offset. I wanted to be able to read it from the other side of the house. What is your experience with the ambient? Thanks again, Scott
