It’s most probably an internal ecm issue, that happens a lot when water gets inside the ecm

Hi Oscar, I have a Cummins ecm off a Cummins/komatsu 107e-1 engine. Problem with the machine is it will not start, just cranks. I have check through insite and the ecu injection boost supply voltage is commanding 50v and its only measuring 18v. Would this be an internal issue in the ecu? Like an amplifier failure?

@@Alwaysbusy300 i don’t, I usually recommend dealer and I do have a guy that sells and programs used ones in the Dallas, TX area when dealer doesn’t have it or price is too high for the customer.
