I never buy fruit or veggies from ALDI as they are usually substandard and are imported. Stick with Coles or Wollies. Also talking with the guy in our local Foodworks he says that the fruit and veg are all imported and he is sad (we all are) that there are so many farmers here struggling yet Foodworks get their produce from overseas. Coles get their fresh produce locally but Wollies are not very forthcoming as to where they get their fruit and veggies from. Sad facts!!!
This is the first time I’ve experienced this at Aldi, everything is usually fairly fresh and good quality. Bad batch I guess 💜💜
