There’s something so euphoric about this loop
Just like the Chiquitita ending piano on loop
to me, its the minor 4 chord thrown into the major progression. Its a borrowed chord that is very powerful

Technically speaking the tune was made with that in mind
That would be pretty creepy added with the endless loop because it shows how life goes on even after someone days- I mean that’s what I see. And also that life goes on and on and on until you die, which is the end of the loop. But that doesn’t represent life. You can do exciting things with life and break that loop. You choose how your own life goes.
There was a theory that that would have been close to the truth for Kanye
It’s the progression from minor 7th to major 7th that makes this song “emotional” or “jazzy” Also the walking base and rhythm of chords is what gives it a nice flow, which is what makes this loop so clean. If you like this you should listen to more music of a similar structure.

I think the chord that gives this a bittersweet flavor is the minor IV borrowed chord. When playing in major, the minor IV is a powerful chord to throw in.

The main chord progression is F# then B then G#major then C#, which repeats through the song the melody is mostly composed of quarter notes and eighth notes with some syncopation and rhythmic variations so yeah very interesting and cool song by kanye rhythm I analyzed it in FL studio very very nice song none the less
