holy hell, had a similar thing where my kneecap popped out and my inner patella tendon tore, had to walk about 30 mins with that to get home.. tattoos feel like heaven in comparison
So what we've learned today is that everyone's pain spots and tolerance really varies and you won't know what yours is until you find out for yourself. Oh and that the arms are chill. 😂
so far my most painful ones have been on my upper back, like surrounding my shoulder blades, and also the inside part of my upper arm close to the armpit. these both made me feel super tingly and numb when the needles passed over certain spots. the biggest help was that my artist was very attentive and always offered breaks for each of those pieces, not to mention he had a light touch which really helped get through the last of it!
My first tattoo was a phoenix from my right hip to just below my shoulder blade. Because of covid, the three two-hour sessions were spread out across eight months. A lot of time to think about what's coming. it was awesome
I got tattooed around my areolas when I was 18 and those were probably my least painful tattoos. The artist only went over the actual areola a little bit and that sucked but overall it was easy! My most painful so far was the inside of my forearm just getting into the elbow crease. That artist was pretty heavy handed and it felt like I was being cut open lol
I have one tattoo and it's on my back. I was shitting myself that it was going to hurt like hell, but it wasn't that bad. That is until about 10 minutes in, the artist asked why I wasn't being expressive about the pain and I told him it was fine. He said that tattoos should hurt, it's a part of the process and turned the speed on that sucker up. It wasn't much fun after that.
That isn't a good artist then imo they aren't supposed to be intentionally inflicting pain and the speed is supposed to set according to their ability and need for that piece otherwise it brings down the quality of the work.
I recently got 3 small tats. First one on wrist, it hurt, second one on lower outer arm, it hurt and then he started to do the one on my upper arm and no pain. I was able to completely loosen my grip on the chair, relax, breathe. I felt sensation but no pain. I actually thought he had not even started it and then it was over. It also healed the quickest and did not swell afterwards.
I enjoy the pain and the sound of the gun, it's soothing in a weird way. I have 3 tattoos (money flow problems lol)- my ankle bone, my spine, and my chest. None of them hurt too much but the spine tattoo gave me heartburn for a week lol
i remember getting my upper stomach/ ribs done. i pruposfully asked my artist to lower the piece more onto my stomach because i thought i could avoid more pain in my ribs/sternum. i was very very wrong.
I got my right ribs done 6 years ago and I don't remember it being that bad, was able to finish the entire thing in one session. Last weekend I got my left ribs done and was only able to finish the outline! It was almost unbearable. The itching though, it's been... hell.
Awesome vid :D i only have 1 shoulder tattoo, so far XD, and felt nothing. I tell my son that anywhere that's "ticklish" or a "turn on" (sensitive) spot is what's, probably, goin to hurt the most. Diff ppl, diff areas :)
this goes to show how different the pain experience is for people in certain areas, like for me definitely the chest and sternum is the most painful followed by the neck , certain spots in lower legs can be bad and i’ve just got the back of my head done which wasn’t bad apart one spot right on the lower skull in middle which was horrible , ears fingers hands and arms easy , little amount of pain but easily handled
When my tattoo artist was tattooing my wrist, it was a pretty tough spot, and was shocking at times. When we took a break, he was like "Wow, that didn't hurt at all! What chu mean?!" But he got me through it. Shout out to Mick Monahan!!
If your ever getting a tattoo always remember pain is temporary n believe each tattoo feels like a cat scratching you, all my first prices where about 6 hours each so just keep that’s mindset n always remember that pain is temporary and the coolness of the tattoo is forever !
i got a thigh tattoo last weekend and it was SO painful, even though my arm tattoos have been fine. I’m glad to know other people find thigh tats painful too!
@@chantellet2662 you should definitely get one! the pain is completely manageable and i actually got my other thigh done a few months after i wrote this comment! Most people find thigh tats the least painful!
See. I have a low pain tolerance when it comes to things like needles, but when it comes to tattoos, I think after about 30 minutes or so, it feels kind of good in a bad way. The body is so amazing, and being present and feeling the moment is almost meditative. I have only done arm and foot so far though. Nothing too delicate.
That was my experience with my first tattoo. I was so anxious right away that I had to look away. (I'm the same way when I get blood drawn) Once my body adjusted, it was no big deal. I was actually really fascinated by watching the artist work. I was actually ready for the session to continue longer when we were finishing.
Got the instep of my foot done. Other than hitting a couple of twitchy nerves didn't hurt at all. Went in for my first color tattoo on my upper back near the shoulder and thought "yeah let's bust it out no big deal" let me tell you by hour 4 getting the white highlights put in near my armpit... I'll never forget that pain.
I have hundreds of hours of work done and I still remember how bad one spot on the leg was. It was just above the back of the knee going into the thigh...felt like I was being stabbed by the devil himself.
And once again a fantastic video with hilarious editing. Keep it going. PS. That doll will return in a future video and I don't dare to think of what will happen xD
I have a half sleeve, close to the armpit was pretty painful. My first piece was across the chest, towards the middle was really painful. Just got a rib piece done... that's a winner. By the end I was so done with it. Thinking of doing an entire back piece and yet again, I'm scared about the pain lol.
did my knuckles last week, going back for the top of my hand tomorrow, all line work, and my pain tolerance sucks. funny how this gets uploaded today lol
So far I've only gotten my arms tattooed with no problem but I want my ribs under my top surgery scars done and I'm hoping I can get through it! I'm pretty tolerant to pain, but I guess you just never know until you're doing it how you can take it.
Meh, everyone has a different pain tolerance. My first (and only) tattoo was on the sternum and honestly other than the bits right in the middle it was fine. The important thing is to find an artist you can trust and feel comfortable with. They know tattoos hurt and they're not in it to torture you. As long as you can communicate with each other, regardless of whether or not it hurts, you'll be fine.
Johnny fucking nobody! Awesome artist and human. A little intimidating at first, but once the ink starts flowing he’s such a cool dude. Bad ass. Thanks for the work!
I found it funny (but also informative) that many of the artists had seriously opposing opinions. Like some said chest/back of neck was the most painful, some said it was the least. Goes to show how individual pain is.
Least painful tattoo for me, like I didn’t feel a thing was inside my lip! Most painful (possibly because I got no sleep and had a salad before hand oh and I had to drive 4 hrs there and back ) would definitely have to be around and on my knee ☠️ and I’ve got a full side/rib panel done 😪

Yesss I'm early this time. Usually I watch it after a week , but today at 1 min. Yea let's go.
Heyyyy 👋👋
@@inked Yessssss.... I can get a free tattoo now from the editor 🤣
so far my most painful ones have been on my upper back, like surrounding my shoulder blades, and also the inside part of my upper arm close to the armpit. these both made me feel super tingly and numb when the needles passed over certain spots. the biggest help was that my artist was very attentive and always offered breaks for each of those pieces, not to mention he had a light touch which really helped get through the last of it!
"I'm like, yo slavery" fucking killed me. 🤣
My first tattoo was a phoenix from my right hip to just below my shoulder blade. Because of covid, the three two-hour sessions were spread out across eight months. A lot of time to think about what's coming. it was awesome
I can't even draw a decent stick person, but Issac is just doing his own tattoos & shading & schnit. 🙈
There was not a minute I didn’t laugh and replay lol killer content
I have one tattoo and it's on my back. I was shitting myself that it was going to hurt like hell, but it wasn't that bad. That is until about 10 minutes in, the artist asked why I wasn't being expressive about the pain and I told him it was fine. He said that tattoos should hurt, it's a part of the process and turned the speed on that sucker up. It wasn't much fun after that.
That isn't a good artist then imo they aren't supposed to be intentionally inflicting pain and the speed is supposed to set according to their ability and need for that piece otherwise it brings down the quality of the work.
what the hell that sounds like a sadist
@@goldeelots Exactly what I was thinking after he switched speeds lol.
The editor killed it in this video 😂😂💞
I haven’t seen the other artist work, but I’ve seen Isaac Pelayo’s work and he is amazing. Especially his paintings
Everyone has different pain areas too! Like everything on my arm was fine until I got to the shoulder.
I've been debating a sternum tattoo but I'm so freaked out about how painful it would be.
It’s painful as hell but worth it
Same here
I just had mine done!! It was the longest four hours but damn it looks amazing!! It's worth it in the end
It hurts like a mf
tbh all tattoos already hurt to some degree. think about it some more and if you really want it just go get it anyway. it’s worth it!
I enjoy the pain and the sound of the gun, it's soothing in a weird way. I have 3 tattoos (money flow problems lol)- my ankle bone, my spine, and my chest. None of them hurt too much but the spine tattoo gave me heartburn for a week lol
I laughed sooo much with this!!😂 Thank you guy's so much for all the laughs I got with this one! I freaking love it!!!🥰🤣
Bruh the doll’s top falling off n their comments about it had me RO👏LLING👏. HAD ME LAUGHING SO HARD
i remember getting my upper stomach/ ribs done. i pruposfully asked my artist to lower the piece more onto my stomach because i thought i could avoid more pain in my ribs/sternum. i was very very wrong.
These vids gets better and better😂 I love thr editing
the editing jfc I love it
The mock old navy ad was golden
I got my right ribs done 6 years ago and I don't remember it being that bad, was able to finish the entire thing in one session. Last weekend I got my left ribs done and was only able to finish the outline! It was almost unbearable. The itching though, it's been... hell.
I love watching these before a tattoo appointment
“Papa do you hear me”😂
The editing is what makes these videos
Lol tattoos are addicting. I just wanted a couple on my right arm now I’m working on getting a sleeve.
Had my thigh done yesterday and it was the nicest feeling... Sat all day and loved every 6 hours of it haha
I got my first tattoo two days ago on my stomach, I had no idea it would be one of those really painful ones 😳
Them mentioning the place I have been planning to get my first tattoo and making me change my mind
Dude who did his own tattoos is Isaac Pelayo. He's an amazing painter. Did my first tattoo.
The editing is golden
When my tattoo artist was tattooing my wrist, it was a pretty tough spot, and was shocking at times. When we took a break, he was like "Wow, that didn't hurt at all! What chu mean?!" But he got me through it. Shout out to Mick Monahan!!
If your ever getting a tattoo always remember pain is temporary n believe each tattoo feels like a cat scratching you, all my first prices where about 6 hours each so just keep that’s mindset n always remember that pain is temporary and the coolness of the tattoo is forever !
any place where there’s a lot of nerve innervations or a high density of bone in a small area are gonna be the most painful.
I just found this video how did I not know ink.ray was in here I love his work sm !
i got a thigh tattoo last weekend and it was SO painful, even though my arm tattoos have been fine. I’m glad to know other people find thigh tats painful too!
I wanna get a thigh tattoo 😭
(I'm the same way when I get blood drawn)
Once my body adjusted, it was no big deal. I was actually really fascinated by watching the artist work. I was actually ready for the session to continue longer when we were finishing.
these videos are getting funnier and funnier no joke, i nearly pissed myself XD
Got the instep of my foot done. Other than hitting a couple of twitchy nerves didn't hurt at all. Went in for my first color tattoo on my upper back near the shoulder and thought "yeah let's bust it out no big deal" let me tell you by hour 4 getting the white highlights put in near my armpit... I'll never forget that pain.
It's always the damn white highlights that kill you.
Personally,
Most painful = Sternum and armpits
Least painful = back of the neck and ankles.
Wicked video.
I think the worst place in the body has to be the armpit. By farrr
Goddamn you're absolutely fucking beautiful 😍😜
I have a half sleeve, close to the armpit was pretty painful. My first piece was across the chest, towards the middle was really painful. Just got a rib piece done... that's a winner. By the end I was so done with it. Thinking of doing an entire back piece and yet again, I'm scared about the pain lol.
New Season let's goooooooooo
Funny that you blurred out the dolls chest, but you missed one, lol. Just funny to me. Love the videos!!!
DO NOT TELL THE RUclips OVERLORDS WE MISSED A BLUR!
@@inked haha
did my knuckles last week, going back for the top of my hand tomorrow, all line work, and my pain tolerance sucks. funny how this gets uploaded today lol
what a good vid to watch before my rib/stomach piece in 2 days :')
So far I've only gotten my arms tattooed with no problem but I want my ribs under my top surgery scars done and I'm hoping I can get through it! I'm pretty tolerant to pain, but I guess you just never know until you're doing it how you can take it.
Goddamn you're absolutely fucking gorgeous 😍😍
@@Deathcore_Cvlt Aw thank you!!
The editing is givibg Trixie & Katya and I'm so here for it
What is that editing?? 😭😭 i am howling 😂😂😂
The editing on the videos these days is bomb af.
I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but the places I like the most are also the most painful. Kill me.
I just got the back of my calf tattooed on Tuesday. That back of knee/calf area, where it meets, was quite an experience.
Johnny fucking nobody! Awesome artist and human. A little intimidating at first, but once the ink starts flowing he’s such a cool dude. Bad ass. Thanks for the work!
it would have to be the eyes, not for me but I reckon its definitely the most sensitive.
I found it funny (but also informative) that many of the artists had seriously opposing opinions. Like some said chest/back of neck was the most painful, some said it was the least. Goes to show how individual pain is.
I never knew that they film in a bright room with a green screen, this whole time I really thought they were in a black room 😂
inner bicep for me, I have Frodo's sword Sting, and it definitely did!
I literally said yes daddy Exactly when she did. I was thinking that was a commercial. That was trippy af Lmao 😂
My knee was weird feeling but i wouldnt say painful and ill see about the ribs next month
it’s gonna hurt everywhere but the pain do be worth it for some nice art
