God, I love Nate Ruess and how he quoted "pessimistic optimist" Which means that he wants the best and worst possible outcome. He is a great artist, a great and funny guy.Fun. shall live forever in the minds of anyone that enjoys good music. Fun. is my favourite band and Nate is my favourite artist and one of the people that has a big influence on me! Long Live Fun. You are my idols and I liked you guys before the rest of the world did! FUN is my medication because i had a really bad headache, then i listened to my favorite fun songs and my headache was gone! YOU ROCK FUN XD!

Reading this thread back and forth actually gives me hope that people still listen to and appreciate real music. I don't want to be that cheesy guy that's all "yo yo check out my channel" but I recorded a few friends here and it's the indie scene in my city that I love the most. Also, check out City Streets (Montreal, some people are using the same name), Josh Ritter, Tatam Reeves and Picture the Ocean if you want some bands with amazing lyrics.
