The fact that “everyone’s a feminist until there’s a spider” didn’t make the cut is absolutely criminal. Glad to see it now Bo, great work as always. To commenters: I understand why it didn’t make the show, especially considering the focus on existentialism and other big/depressing topics, and 5 Years is more straight comedy. I was simply observing that Bo is one of those special artists, where his cutting room floor is littered with gems.
I was thinking the same thing but it’s very close to a famous bill burr bit. Maybe he didn’t wanna get compared or accused of anything even though it’s probably a common thought people have.
I loved the spiders' performance. You can tell they worked really hard and were nervous but pushed through it. They were shaking and heaving but they did it.
The fact that Bo spent 2 months editing this and didn’t monetize it at all just so he could do the “pop up ad jokes” and other ads just speaks to how dedicated to his art this dude is. Pure genius!
11:00 is really impactful. When you see the edited version it looks like he’s interacting with someone, but of course it’s impossible to interact with a sock, so watching it like this, unedited, really hammers in the loneliness of the process
This man can play instruments, rig lights/ cameras, do top tier editing, write and perform an entire comedy special AND make another genius hour just from outtakes… What an absolute living legend Bo is
I don't know if Bo realized it when he filmed this, but Inside is a cinematic benchmark of Covid's impression in our history. Those of us who went through this time will always be reminded of how things were in 2020.
COVID times were the most happiest time in my life, because in Belarus no one ever had shit to do something with the virus and we still went to school. But in 2023 I feel completely opposite. Sad, frustrated, bored, partially afraid of the future. And only this year I had found out about Bo Burnham and his music. Definitely helps me getting through school and other things. Thanks to Bo for this masterpiece of art. I love «Inside» very much
All you're doing is outing yourself as complicit in making sure everyone who can't afford forced infection has to stay inside just so you can cosplay a plague rat.
This genius made the “chicken crossed the road” joke into a moving and incredibly applicable song with gorgeous chord progression. That talent. Shits not fair
Inside is such a deeply generous, funny, and wrenching account of the early pandemic. And from the beginning, no one has charted the nature of fame in our age like Burnham. Very excited for a brilliant hour of outtakes--just the pun in the title (inside out takes) is glorious on its own. -John
Real recognizing real. You helped me through the early days of the pandemic with your very simple livestreams, and I'm very grateful for you and Sarah doing so.
Hey John! Cool to see that you’re a bo burnham fan. I've always wanted to tell you that Vlogbrothers videos were a formative part of my high school years and I look up to you and hank like crazy. Thanks so much for your work and message
it’s truly amazing to me how inside manages to be both deeply unsettling and incredibly comforting. it’s like… the whole time it’s looking straight into your mind and you’re feeling uncomfortable and it’s eerie but you’re also comforted and understood?
I know what your thinking, and I ate a munch of mushrooms while watching inside and was having such a good time i went on a downward spiral because there is no way my freind that I was sharing the experience with was having the good time I was having. And the guilt was overwhelming.
Dude knows how to translate existentialist information so well. As an autistic adhd gifted person I’ve only talked to one other person who even gripped the edge of most of these concepts aside from being unconsciously awakened by the emotional experience and surface layer joke laced with reality. Two types of knowing with one foot here and the other there.
@@jonathanmurphrey772 I watched it several times on acid. Love Inside and if someone doesn’t get it I recommend they be around 30 when they made a big life change or went through the quarantine. If they can’t do that I just give them some acid
49:13 This version of “All eyes on me” speaks to me. The battle inside oneself every single day. What lyrics you hear and focus on depend on where you are mentally.
@@umcThunder72 He only showed behind the scenes of stuff we'd already seen. There was loads of new content that we could have seen the behind the scenes of. Admittedly it would be more a "behind the scenes" video and not like this masterpiece, but they would technically be outtakes. He probably has even more outtakes in his closet somewhere but they may just have been not enough to cut into even into the Outtakes
personally I think a lot of the bits/songs were better/funnier than what made it into the original. all of its great but stuff like white woman's instagram and sexting just doesn't really do it for me. Still, shows how amazing Bo is.
Mainly its because it didn't really fit the theme of the special, such as five years, it says that there are two people when this whole special was really about being alone in a room, but yeah they are still obviously very good songs
HE GOT THE PODCAST BIT SPOT ON. Always the one main guy talking about nothing and his “co-host” just spitting out random adlibs in agreement. he did such a good job lmao
i'm with you! I've watch this, literally, an uncountable amount of times. Bo Burnham is insanely talented and this was one of, if not THE best special I've ever seen.
When even the outtakes to a special is put together like a genuine art piece, and the cut songs are just as impressive as the originally released songs.. That’s very Bo Burnham.

Oh hey its Iron Pineapple, after my second watch I can definitely see why some of these didn't make the cut. They're good on their own merit but Inside wouldn't have been as concise as it was with them. Especially the direct references to the pandemic.
The fact that this could have been an “Inside” BTS special or sequel of some kind for Netflix but he instead released it on RUclips for free is so great. Side note, I’ve watched “Inside” about 50 times.
Idek how many times at this point.. The amount of people who hadn't seen it, I had to share the word of the genius that is, Bo.. And I'll continue to show ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO HASN'T SEEN IT. THAT'S A THREAT. It's one of those drop everything and whoever it is, is then forced to watch - kinda things.
I mean he could have also released Inside on RUclips, for free, and still make enough money from album sales to never have to work a day in his life again
crazy how much the lyrical change "It's only a problem when you go outside. Got it? Good, now get inside" to "You're not going to slow it, heaven knows you've tried. Got it? Good, now get inside" affects the flow of the song.
I think for the better. The desperation we all feel regarding climate change is imo a more powerful emotion than the temptation of ignoring it outright.
Not only are the interpretations different, but it's a better change for the intensity of the song. By making "get inside" the only time you hear the syllable "side", it makes such a bigger impact. Having "outside" as a rhyme kinda devalues the drop a bit, in my opinion. The whole "less is more" approach.
@@sycastells1212 Yeah, that's also quite interesting. Is it referring to a fracture in Bo's psyche, to his two selves presented here? Or is he referring to himself and all the stressed mfs out there?

The way that he stares into the camera makes me feel so emotional. As someone who struggles with both anxiety and depression, currently in the worst and most confusing phase of finding the point of it all and continuing onward with life, it feels as though he knows and sees me and is speaking words with his eyes.
It's not that the outtakes can be made into a masterpiece, it's that HE can make them into a masterpiece. We can't forget that in the hands of almost anybody else, this would be a jumbled pile of nothing.
So suffering from a depression myself, that got brought on by a burnout that iitself was brought on by the pandemic. Inside meant so much to me. I literally did not understand how I went from a decently successful 37 year old businessperson to breaking down crying at some random meeting. Inside made me feel less alone, as I could recognise so many of the symptoms that Bo was experiencing, and let me feel a little less insane, knowing that there are others suffering similar problems. Inside means the world to me. Thank you.
@@williamrohmeyerGee, maybe you still feel that way bc we're still in the same p4nd3mic. This is Year 5. And none of you can handle even just wearing a mask, even to save your own life.
This feels more like "Inside 1.5" than just a collection of outtakes. I adored the original "Inside", and felt it was the most important work of creative art to come out of the 2020 lockdown. To get a further glimpse into Bo's mind and all the things he had to do and all the struggles he had to go through in order to create such an amazing special for us? It's a real treat. I enjoyed this immensely.
Definitely agree with the Inside 1.5 sentiment. I loved the MCU style "plan" for the Inside Cinematic Universe and the Kevin Feige parody. It was definitely better used in this.
I love the inclusion of the “ads” and pop ups throughout. Gave me many good chuckles and made it truly feel like I was watching a RUclips video. I’m glad you shared all these outtakes with us Bo
Obviously, the version of "All Eyes On Me" that eventually made it in is phenomenal, but there's something very cool about the alt version included here. The double-tracked vocals singing different (but complementary) parts, then coming together for a short time, then diverging again gives it this sort of ethereal feel. Not to mention that layering synchronous but asymmetrical vocal tracks with lyrics is a hard thing to get right in itself, and it's pretty spot on.
I love hearing the subtle changes in the lyrics and how that effects the tone/ meaning of line. Ex) "You say the whole world's ending, I thought it already did" to "You say the whold world's ending, honey, it already did"
The normal All Eyes on Me makes me cry, but the alt version makes me cry AND is terrifying to me. It's obviously not a fully fleshed out idea yet though, and I find that very interesting
59:10 … just the genius of leaving the entire composition of “the chicken” unresolved is such a genius choice. leaving the very same eerie feeling of the same 2-line joke “to get to the other side” where you feel like the joke wasn’t finished. you have to use your imagination to think of a ending

The outtakes from "Inside" are better than most musical comedies that exist today. The fucking OUTTAKES are a smash! The fact that the scraps that Bo left behind are better than most comedy, and media in general, blows my mind. This man is a legend.
I mean it's not a comedy. If everyone was going for "Existentialist depressed millenial" chic, there'd be a lot more like this. But this is unique because of its genre, not comedy.
Am I the only one wondering if this was a sort of hoax sequel? Not sure the right term for it. I guess what I'm saying is I have to wonder if the "Outtakes" are actually the sequel to "Inside." Am I nuts or does this make sense to anyone else? I wouldn't be taking this idea seriously if it wasn't for the fact that this is an artist that would do some weird shit like that.
@@DriscolDevil I think that's the beauty of this special. You can view it in either way. It's obviously the scraps & Other ideas from Inside but then you can see it as a sequel because we've now been outside so should we go inside again and see what was really going on? Can we ever go inside ourselves again? Now the real big problems are back up and running. What are we to do. It's up to the individual. With someone like Bo, he's very good at blurring the line between the obvious and deeper meaning.
@@sgtsilverlining7043 i absolutely agree lmao - i love the layers in the fact that “why does the chicken cross the road” is in itself a “joke” so even though the song is quite deep on the surface it’s a “joke” in a “comedy show”

Like I'd maybe be somwhere else that isn't here right now if it didn't exist? I love art, man. I love it so much Bo, keep up the outstanding work, love you, both the person and the character, and to everyone else, take care. I hope whoever's reading this makes something truly special and amazing, I believe in you, goodbye
My fear of advancing AI is that it will steal and devalue art. It really bugs me, it will be tragic because it's a gift and AI is just going to come along and crank out all forms of art in a matter of seconds. Bo is so gifted and I'm sure AI has already made things based on his hard work. Pisses me off.
@MelMindaSue imagine if the artists start using AI to make the most inconceivable amazing art? I think it's a double edged sword, but we're already flooded with inane pointless media masquerading as art (tik tok), you just have to trust that the real artists are going to keep creating and surprising with all the tools at their disposal. Stay positive x
"The Chicken" really puts Bo's musical chops on front street. It's such a dynamic, colorful arrangement. He's really developed his skills over the years. What a king.
I just want to sit in silence and read a book or look at a lake beside this man. I have no idea where that comes from and I'm curious if anyone gets that feeling or something similar after watching. Thanks Bo for bringing us through such an incredible emotional journey.
I thought I was alone in having these kind of thoughts/feelings. I legit would love to just sit around with him somewhere pretty & talk for hours on end about literally any god damn thing - whatever his beautiful brain comes up with in the moment type of convos. Each one of Bo’s specials have brought me to feel so emotional in an absurd amount of different ways and I thought I was a loony toon with my outta pocket desires to just like……be the spider in the corner of the room with him??? Happy to see someone else feeling so deep about it LMAO 😩🩷
Yea I'm with ya...I've tried to explain "Inside", as well as his other specials to friends. Usually the word I use is "Profound". Most of my friends are a bunch of un-educated rednecks (love em dearly, mind you), and have no idea what I'm talkin about, and certainly wouldn't appreciate sitting around with the guy. Pity, there's a lot you can learn from someone like Bo.
why is nobody talking about Spider. obviously this whole thing is masterfully done and chicken and five years are great songs but spider is the funniest song/bit in this entire thing and I want that spider and the song it inspired to get the goddamn recognition they deserve. it's such a goofy and fundamentally inconsequential song it actually caught me off guard. there's this undercurrent of angst and cynicism and nihilism pervasive throughout most if not all of the other songs, even the silliest ones, but this one is just a spider, hiding in the corner, super fuckin' normal. I ain't afraid of no spider
Spiders? Inconsequential?? Ha! Tell that to the three broken legs I got from getting distracted by an "Inconsequential" relative of that devilish spawn of Satan
Bo could have EASILY released this exact piece of media under Netflix as “Inside: Part 2” and been paid bank. Instead, he chose to upload this for free on to RUclips and didn’t even monetize it 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 Bo Burnham is a national treasure that should be protected at all costs ♥️
Cannot express how much the editing in this blows me away. There will never be another piece of art that affects me like Inside has and the Outtakes have only deepened my love for it.
This is a fantastic glimpse into the madness of creating - and of course it's always fascinating what songs and 'ads' were left on the cutting room floor!
@@davidchipman8730 that's interesting (imo). Was there any changes between it on here vs on Netflix? I've watch the whole thing here so I'm just curious, there's no need to answer though.

Laughed my ass off at the bit around 12:20 where he says his least favourite word is [bluetooth disconnect sound]. Then realised it was just my shit little earphones.
Bo's editing game is on point. This feels like a tribute to cameramen, dps and editors everywhere. Seeing the crazy amount of takes is inspiring. Go Bo. Front man and production team all in one.
Just when you think you've seen Bo at his most vulnerable, he releases this. Not because he has to but because he wants to. Easily the most open and incredible comedian of our time.
I wonder if it was in his contract with Netflix that he could do a bloopers video with the left over clips for his personal channel 2 years after release. They probably never expected this.
This is a long shot of thanking Bo Burnham for all of his work. Maybe one day I'll write a more personal dedication, but for now this will do. Thank you Bo. Your art helped an incredibly isolated kid learn that there wasn't something wrong with him, he was just maliciously isolated.... It would've taken me longer to realize without having grown alongside your work. So thank you for what you've done.
Even the outtakes are a masterpiece and so thoroughly and thoughtfully done. I've never seen someone take their depression and loneliness and anxiety, and create something so genuinely beautiful and impressive. It is honestly so inspiring and everything feels different on both the Netflix movie and this video. I love Bo, and I hope he continues to get the recognition and admiration he deserves, and hoping this is not the last special he creates like this.
I love seeing the BTS and the real time work shopping. As a creative person, I forget that it's not going to be perfect right off the bat. I get disheartened by seeing all these "perfect" (finished) projects/works. I forget there's a creative process. To see Bo, someone I look up to as an artist, go through the same ups and downs I do as I create, is a nice reminder to just do it and enjoy it and that I can fix it.
As absolutely hilarious as that bit was, I feel like these outtakes show that Inside was originally going to be released on RUclips, like Bo wanted to go back to his early years of producing his content on the platform that made him famous. Somewhere along the way he got a deal with Netflix and likely had to cut out all those fake ads since they’re more prevalent on RUclips and Netflix doesn’t have any: yet.
Seeing the silent "behind the scenes" really gives a reality check of how quiet and lonely the actual recording sessions were. It's so fucking impressive what one man can do in a room filled with camera's and lights and an enormous amount of creativity
The alternate ending of "Goodbye" is something else... The crazed laughter that turns into agonized screams is intense. I had headphones on at a high volume, and I noticed my heart was still pounding minutes after I watched that part. I don't know how the hell he produced those sounds without destroying his vocal cords.
This whole video is gold from start to finish, but I really would like to highlight how genuinely astonishing the “All Eyes On Me” alt is. Not only does is provide greater insight into Bo’s psychological journey making this special, but the alt is also a demonstration of his incredible talent as a musician and producer. Christ, what a talent.
The entire saga of “Inside” ending on a “chicken crossed the road” joke is what everyone should have expected but nobody did. This entire project is genius.
I love that Bo can release all this on YT again. His last few specials being owned by Netflix gives him less control over how he uses the footage/content, but he literally did this all himself. he could do anything with this footage and he decided to give us over an hour of content for free.
Bo, I just want you to know "Future" helped me in such a weird way. I had no idea how depressed I was until I heard the lyrics and realized my life matched the song exactly. It was just good knowing I wasn't alone.
Man I 'm so stunned. Friends of mine have recommended your content for so long and then I stumble across this. And I love it in this wired way. So many inspiring shots and funny things. So complex and yet so simple. This is a masterpiece of creation. I can only imagine what a crazy creative process this has been. I wrote 90 songs in 90 days during lockdown and afterwards turned it into a book with illustrations describing the proces behind every song. A few months I finally compleded. I'm so god daym happy for the insight on your project. There's so many levels of art in it, from the cinematography, the music, the editing to the fun ads. So deeply appreciated you actually followed your idea all the way till the end. Very inspiring. Much love Alex
just saying, this proves that artists are their own worst critic. if these are considered outtakes, he must have drove himself crazy just wanting it to be perfect in his eyes. the fact that he released this just goes to show the creative process almost every artist has to go through before they get to a comfortable point.
Absolutely. I've been making videos for 4.5 years now, and I still go into each recording session uncomfortable and anxious out of fear everything I do won't be perfect. Bo is a reminder that there are others like me, which helps actually. Thankful for him and his art
I was a severe alcoholic when Inside came out. All the themes of isolation, losing your mind, depression, anxiety all hit home for me super hard. Currently 2 months sober and feeling pretty good about it. These outtakes somehow remind me of how low and depressed I was when I was drinking every day, morning to night. Not in a sad way, but as a reminder of how far I've came. Thank you Bo.
You never truly understand the impact Inside had on people until you see that an hour long video of outtakes on RUclips already has 1.8 million views in a single day of being posted. Incredible
i love that no one told me it existed, i just felt a DISTURBANCE IN THE FORCE 6 hours after it was posted and opened youtube which i hadn't done in 5 months and HERE IT WAS
This whole project had to be mentally a hell of a strain on you. Kudos for sticking to it and putting out all this stuff. It feels like sometimes that creative process is soul crushing. I can't imagine doing hours of color testing with lighting....your expression sometimes looks as blank as my dog when it looks up at me from a nap and is like "what? what'd I miss?" Also that random spider song just killed me. Still laughing. I dont' know why. It's late and that was so stupid it was funny.
Inside was the last thing I ever watched with a friend of mine who passed away last summer. Inside will always hold a very special place in my heart not only because of that, but because it is incredibly well-crafted, poignant, and revealing. Inside is one of the most down-to-earth content I've ever consumed and I'm grateful Bo worked so hard and so tirelessly to produce something like this. There will never be another Inside.
I am a feminist who can handle spiders on my own. But damn, if I don't get a man to do it for me if one is around so that I don't have to confront my fear of spiders 😂😂😂

I like how you put this. I don't think I have ever learned the words to every song on an album as fast as I did with this one. The man just put so much of how I feel into beautiful, hilarious poetry.
That ending shot of the beach was really cleansing. After this hour of intense self-reflection and even self-loathing, the feeling of being trapped inside - to see a small recognition that yes, he did actually get outside and is hopefully doing better, that gave me a lot of peace that I wasn't expecting. Hope you're doing better, Bo. I really hope you enjoy your time outside again.
That feeling, in a depression or in the pandemic, of longing to get to the other side. And where are you when you're not all the way to the other side? You're in-side.
the chicken is such a good inspirational song, talking about how a woman, waking up, maybe who is in an abusive relationship, as the husband is “screaming”, how she’s sat in the dark, with another child on the way, and dreams of getting another life, in a town, where she’s pursuing her dream job but then is held hostage in a terrible reality where she’s a mother to her kids, and a wonderful wife to her husband. It then, goes on to say that the next morning, she decides to take the opportunity to run away, trying to get a new life and looking at wonderful things she’s dreamt of, because of the dark, she was kept in. She knows, that her future is given to her, that she needs to take a big step in “crossing the road”, then takes a journey “left, right, left, right”, when a terrible accident then happens, that is being stopped by a “pair of headlights”, which could mean that her husband must have taken her back, that others question her state of being, (dead or alive?), and in thought, makes others believe she died and others who are in hope thinking she’s on the other side, living her best life. “that’s why she did it” shows that the opportunity that most take, end up failing and making others succeed.

I don't know if Bo realized it when he filmed this, but Inside is a cinematic benchmark of Covid's impression in our history. Those of us who went through this time will always be reminded of how things were in 2020.
Those of us you're leaving to d!e like the pandemic's over now don't need reminding. Wear a mask.
I love «Inside» very much
My life changed very little if at all from before during and after covid, institutionalisation is real and sadly can also be comforting.
My thoughts!
I absolutely can't get over the melody and chords.
It literally made me collapse on my bed sobbing. One of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard in my life.
Practice and determination is all you need to become good at something even when you don't have any talent.
@@Ghalaghor_McAllistor I don’t think it’s that simple, unfortunately.
And chicken little
Inside is such a deeply generous, funny, and wrenching account of the early pandemic. And from the beginning, no one has charted the nature of fame in our age like Burnham. Very excited for a brilliant hour of outtakes--just the pun in the title (inside out takes) is glorious on its own. -John

it’s truly amazing to me how inside manages to be both deeply unsettling and incredibly comforting. it’s like… the whole time it’s looking straight into your mind and you’re feeling uncomfortable and it’s eerie but you’re also comforted and understood?
I know what your thinking, and I ate a munch of mushrooms while watching inside and was having such a good time i went on a downward spiral because there is no way my freind that I was sharing the experience with was having the good time I was having. And the guilt was overwhelming.

The fact that THE INSIDE OUTTAKES'S OUTTAKES could exist is terrifyingly amusing to think about
It really is INSIDE a paradox
I don't really think so. He didn't seem to film anything new that wasn't the ad sections so it would just be more outtakes
@@umcThunder72 He only showed behind the scenes of stuff we'd already seen. There was loads of new content that we could have seen the behind the scenes of. Admittedly it would be more a "behind the scenes" video and not like this masterpiece, but they would technically be outtakes.

crazy how much the lyrical change "It's only a problem when you go outside. Got it? Good, now get inside" to "You're not going to slow it, heaven knows you've tried. Got it? Good, now get inside" affects the flow of the song.
I think for the better. The desperation we all feel regarding climate change is imo a more powerful emotion than the temptation of ignoring it outright.
51:15 is when he says this btw
Not only are the interpretations different, but it's a better change for the intensity of the song. By making "get inside" the only time you hear the syllable "side", it makes such a bigger impact. Having "outside" as a rhyme kinda devalues the drop a bit, in my opinion. The whole "less is more" approach.
I can't get over "pray for us" instead of "pray for me".
@@sycastells1212 Yeah, that's also quite interesting. Is it referring to a fracture in Bo's psyche, to his two selves presented here? Or is he referring to himself and all the stressed mfs out there?

Obviously, the version of "All Eyes On Me" that eventually made it in is phenomenal, but there's something very cool about the alt version included here. The double-tracked vocals singing different (but complementary) parts, then coming together for a short time, then diverging again gives it this sort of ethereal feel. Not to mention that layering synchronous but asymmetrical vocal tracks with lyrics is a hard thing to get right in itself, and it's pretty spot on.
The green light and effect was very interesting as well.
I love hearing the subtle changes in the lyrics and how that effects the tone/ meaning of line.

Pretty mid, its funny and well produced but nothing deep.

"I'll bother getting better when I bother getting dressed." is a GREAT line.

Bo is literally the best example of "never let them know your next move" and im all in for it

Finally its here
The fact that that even "Jeans" didnt make it in says a lot about the quality of the special
I felt this way about 5 years and the Chicken and the bit where they interview all the people that made Inside happen
This entire project is genius.
it wasnt even a joke, if it was in the special i think i would've sobbed
When does he do a chicken joke in the original inside?
I love that Bo can release all this on YT again. His last few specials being owned by Netflix gives him less control over how he uses the footage/content, but he literally did this all himself. he could do anything with this footage and he decided to give us over an hour of content for free.
Facts plus the fact that there were no actual ads
He made us some content? He made us some of our favorite content.
There’s something poetic in him returning to RUclips
Daddy made us our favorite

Bo, I just want you to know "Future" helped me in such a weird way. I had no idea how depressed I was until I heard the lyrics and realized my life matched the song exactly. It was just good knowing I wasn't alone.
wait we aren't supposed to relate to the future?
How are you and your daughter going
It's not possible to be so talented that even your outtakes are better than anything people have made.
man you must be furious Vatana
Sahil Shah likes Bo Burnham?!
❤️ you are talented too until you talks about movies 😂
Really good to see you here bro
Oh hello👋
I hadn't expected an outtakes reel to be just as emotional and effective as the special itself. Art in all pieces, in all places.
Pray for us 😔

Confirmed. And even then we still see mistakes after we realse our stuff
Thank you Bo.
wishing you the best luck!!
You got this
So strong!! You got this :)
congratulations!! good luck on your journey ♥️
Good luck brother
You never truly understand the impact Inside had on people until you see that an hour long video of outtakes on RUclips already has 1.8 million views in a single day of being posted. Incredible
ruclips.net/video/lyTIcFYtIQ4/видео.html
Finally it's here.
Absolutely!!!!
2.2 million as of one day after
i love that no one told me it existed, i just felt a DISTURBANCE IN THE FORCE 6 hours after it was posted and opened youtube which i hadn't done in 5 months and HERE IT WAS
2.3 million!!! Come on guys let's get it to 300 billion, together we can do it
This whole project had to be mentally a hell of a strain on you. Kudos for sticking to it and putting out all this stuff. It feels like sometimes that creative process is soul crushing. I can't imagine doing hours of color testing with lighting....your expression sometimes looks as blank as my dog when it looks up at me from a nap and is like "what? what'd I miss?"
Also that random spider song just killed me.
I'm so sorry for your loss

"Everyone's a feminist until there is a spider around" Every time you put out something new, I'm freshly impressed by how great you are at your craft.
That whole song is so hilarious I was laughing out loud
I am a feminist who can handle spiders on my own. But damn, if I don't get a man to do it for me if one is around so that I don't have to confront my fear of spiders 😂😂😂
I don't understand how this song didn't make it. This is amazing
That song had me in stitches the whole time!!!! Plus that lyric just lives in my head rent free!!!
Inside truly brings me back in to the deep feelings in Covid like no other piece of media. That feeling like you’re waiting for something not quite sure what but by the end you can’t help but appreciate and dwell what you’ve just experienced
Just a friendly reminder that Bo even took the time to TIMESTAMP everything. The whole hour of content. What.
What. is indeed a great show (I think I'm funny 😅)
That was definitely a member of his management team lmao

AND HE DID THAT THE DAY AFTER THE VIDEO CAME OUT, the night it came out there weren't time Stamps, a commentor put them, and then this morning there still weren't, until tonight around 8pm when I checked again, now there were timestamps, so he altered it a day later.
He should make an entire album of Bezos tracks. Would slay the charts.
Idk why but I laugh so hard every time he does a Bezos bit. 🤣
Please actually do this. Or at least, several more, hopefully longer, Bezos tracks.
including the one where we can only here the synth through the absurdly loud headphones
Honestly we need it bad
Bo would hate this suggestion, the bezos songs are ironic songs that you guys completely missed the point of 😒
Bo, you can't just make me emotional over a song about Chicken.
Such a treat this was. Thank you!!!
welcome to the internet cover please

I fsharking love chicken.

I was watching and thought to myself "is he about to make the audience feel for this hen?" and then the credits began to role and I thought "wow, he made me feel for a hen"

the chicken is so simple, yet so complex. so heartbreaking and also hilarious. why am i crying. anyways bo's brilliant whats new

Honestly, I completely relate. Inside got me through some absolutely rough times in my life.
@@thejulycutout4037 Same, I’m so glad it exists. I’m still pushing through every now and then, but I honestly feel so much better than I was a year ago and in a way better place now because of Inside. Bo literally saved my life and convinced me to keep going. Now it serves as a reminder to me that “you’re not alone” and that I deserve happiness.

After all of the after-credits lol
That's cool. For me, it was just the surprise at being genuinely jumpscared by a _beach._
"The Chicken" physically brought tears to my eyes. This was just as incredible and thought provoking as the special itself. Absolutely outstanding.
That feeling, in a depression or in the pandemic, of longing to get to the other side. And where are you when you're not all the way to the other side? You're in-side.

ruclips.net/video/kqrQ2th7EJI/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/kqrQ2th7EJI/видео.html
the chicken is such a good inspirational song, talking about how a woman, waking up, maybe who is in an abusive relationship, as the husband is “screaming”, how she’s sat in the dark, with another child on the way, and dreams of getting another life, in a town, where she’s pursuing her dream job but then is held hostage in a terrible reality where she’s a mother to her kids, and a wonderful wife to her husband.
This is literally better than most documentaries and movies. We get to watch this FOR FREE.
Thanks bo :D
Hope you're going strong
