    I thank you so much for this valuable information as I am in my early sixties and have been going through menopause since I was 50. I will most certainly take a look at the links. We have a history of breast cancer in the family and you are so right, I have been terrified to take any hormones. Thank you again for enlightening me. I so appreciate it!!

      @@sleeplikeaboss hormone replacement recommendations and supplement recommendations. I was finally successful in getting my doctor to up my estradiol patch from .025 to .05. Hoping that helps with some of the symptoms. I went through early natural menopause at 39 and am currently 59.
