If we add some VM in different port groups and we're no longer able to access then only me and my team can access those vm which are part of default port group, please suggest what is the way forward

Sir, I have a drought. The domain controller that we need to setup so that we can use the 4 features then can we host the domain on the same esxi host or we need a separate system..pls do reply as soon as possible as we're going to deploy this next week
