Thank you, Colt. The way how you present the information is brilliant. You’re a great teacher. I love all your courses so much. I’m looking forward to the updated React course. ❤
Colt, I just wanted to let you know, compared to Google's coursera front end course, your complete web dev course is immaculate. I ended up going back to yours. Keep doing what you're doing. And thank you
Thank you. I did purchase this course a few months ago and found it difficult dealing with Goorm on my different devices and gave up learning MySQL for some other tutorials. Will revisit the course!
Hey Colt! Thank you Thank you Thank you for your teaching, you've helped me learn so much - I first took your MySQL course and finally learned SQL, so looking forward to reviewing this again! Are you updating your React course is that just wishful thinking on my part? Say hi to Blue!
Hii Colt! i love your courses, and you're a great teacher, would love to suggest if you could also do a Prisma ORM tutorial section on your upcoming react / nextjs course. thank you!
Wow, I bought it a long time ago and was just looking at it the other day to start. Also love your more frequent uploads! All the best! I have done your Webdev, JS and maybe soon your SQL one. Might even do DSA one later also.
The mic issue is likely because you're using a mic that has a TRRS plug (which has three black bands) in a jack that is meant for a TRS plug (which has two black bands).
Hey Colt, the SQL course you made is must have for everybody working in operations or supply chain. I constantly recommend people your course. It's still No1 online course I ever did. Do you anticipate having brand new course for Web Development?
I used a very old version of SQL Server so I'm not new to SQL, but I'm doing this course now to refresh with something a little different. The problem with the small type in Workbench pretty much goes away when I do full screen, even though my eyesight is less than ideal.
Hi Colt, I have taken a few of your courses on Udemy, and watched your videos on here. What I really need - and havent been able to find - is a "bridge" course. I get JS, Java, and SQL. I am not clear on accessing MySQL databases with Java....for example, or using JS to access an API and then copy info to a SQL database. I don't see the crossovers often in courses and thats what I need. Do you have or know of an affordable course? Recommendations or suggestions for mastering this area are most welcome.
Hi Colt, I love your content and learn well with it. If you get the chance, could you please make content on more advanced Java content, including Spring and Hibernate?
I wouldn't call this a mistake. This is a different approach and many companies only now start looking to apply it. I was glad to know and use C9 from webDev bootcamp, it gave me a competitive advantage in comparison to those who get used to local development only.
Wasn't the recommendation on this course Goorm? I don't remember cloud 9 mentioned as anything more than just a preference?🤔 I went through it locally but I'm pretty sure that goorm was the IDE used..
I used Cloud9 in the videos, but then once cloud9 was shut down we recommended students use Goorm for installation. So you likely did use Goorm, but in the videos I used Cloud9.
Just bought the course. What's up with half of the course (laer half( having LEGACY in the section names? Should new students only go up to Section 19 and stop there?
Yes, don't go past section 19! I'm only leaving the "Legacy" content in there for a couple of weeks to allow students who enrolled in the old version to finish it up instead of having to switch to a new version halfway through.
@@ColtSteeleCodei struggled with that too and just said "what am I supposed to do now?" and later I ended up manually marking all the boxes of the old version videos to get my certificate
Hey colt, Will you ever create a course on programming and computer science (not algorithms and ds) ? Something like SiCP | HTDP but with your own teaching style. It will be really educational.
Hello Mr.Colt , is there any near plans to u[date the react course because its almost not update since months , so i wanted to know is there any future plans for update or a remake ?
Hi YTA, a couple of years ago I would have agreed that the web developer bootcamp was severely outdated, but since then I have completely re-recorded it and we are constantly updating and changing sections as needed. Have you checked out the course recently?
Out of curiosity, which sections do you consider to be outdated? I don't remember the entire curriculum, but I think the basics of HTML and CSS haven't changed much. Backend stuff doesn't seem to change too quickly either. The only thing I can think of is JS, but like Colt said, after the big update that's more up to date. The other thing was Cloud9, but as he mentions in the video, that's gone too :)
Thank you, Colt. The way how you present the information is brilliant. You’re a great teacher. I love all your courses so much. I’m looking forward to the updated React course. ❤
did the updated React course come out yet?
I remember I took your old mySQL course back in 2020 and I loved it! That's what got me into your other courses and RUclips channel!
Colt, I just wanted to let you know, compared to Google's coursera front end course, your complete web dev course is immaculate. I ended up going back to yours. Keep doing what you're doing. And thank you
Sir colt, you are the best instructor I ever had.
Still studying the course or you already got a job?
When are you releasing new react course colt?
I was hoping this video was to actually announce that :P
@@RodrigoDAgostino Me too.
Yes please!!!!! 😭😭❤️❤️
+1 for an updated react course
Me too
The MySQL was a great course. I look forward to the revamp! Obligatory react update request :)
Thank you. I did purchase this course a few months ago and found it difficult dealing with Goorm on my different devices and gave up learning MySQL for some other tutorials. Will revisit the course!
I'm currently doing your web developer bootcamp (at authentication). Looking forward to MySQL and React(Update pleaasee) course. You're the best colt!
I would love to see you put out a svelte course Colt. Excited to see your new courses. Thanks for what you do brother!!
Just grabbed this for work. I know it'll be worth it :)
Hey Colt! Thank you Thank you Thank you for your teaching, you've helped me learn so much - I first took your MySQL course and finally learned SQL, so looking forward to reviewing this again! Are you updating your React course is that just wishful thinking on my part? Say hi to Blue!
Really amazing that you updated your course instead of making a new one.
The 🐐. I owe my career to your bootcamp on Udemy. I learned git, node js, and mongo db - those really equipped me to build fullstack apps.
Greatly appreciated. I'm buying your Typescript course now, just to show support.
Hii Colt! i love your courses, and you're a great teacher, would love to suggest if you could also do a Prisma ORM tutorial section on your upcoming react / nextjs course. thank you!

Excellent. When will the Web Developer Bootcamp be transitioned out of Cloud9? Or has it already been? Thanks.
The mic issue is likely because you're using a mic that has a TRRS plug (which has three black bands) in a jack that is meant for a TRS plug (which has two black bands).
You are right, that mic is a shocker 👍
Hey Colt, the SQL course you made is must have for everybody working in operations or supply chain. I constantly recommend people your course. It's still No1 online course I ever did. Do you anticipate having brand new course for Web Development?
Colt i love the way you teach! I was wondering if there is going to be a PostgresSQL course?
Thanks
React course??

Currently learning from your course on Udemy, and I am curious what the face of my teacher looks like. Found you here 😁
Hi Colt! Great to see you.
Did you remove Nodejs from the course? I was comparing it to the legacy and it seems node was taken out

Is there is a plan for creating nest js course ?
@Colt Steele thanks for the update, Will you please do a Java course and deep dive of it?
Will you be doing a new react course with redux?
I wouldn't call this a mistake.

agreed I fell off of the webdev course when it came to cloud9 section
It's an honor to be the first one to comment on this video; I purchased the SQL course in 2021 and I am over the moon it is updated now.
Angular course please

I did your course ❤️
👏
We really need the MAIN bootcamp course updated, yours and Angela Yu's are massively known for being outdated.

chooosing cloud 9 was a really bad choice!!!!!Thank you for fixing that.
