By popular demand there has been a request for a Take 2 on dips that I missed. In no particular order, these are just my takes on what I’ve been observing and are not meant to offend or make fun of anyone in anyway shape or form lol have fun.
And I know I missed a few so maybe in a take 3 I’ll be able to address those as well. My wife is the “layout Dipper” 😳 which one are you??

Question. Do u use the same skates for both indoor and outdoor skating?
My skates are strictly for indoor use only and I’m looking for some decent outdoor skates right now.
Yeah there’s a lot of different variations, even more that what’s in this video or the part 1 version.
I use the same skates/wheels for both indoor and outdoor but you’re correct to use a different pair for each. You want a softer wheel for outdoor than you do for indoor, I only mastered the different turfs so I know how to maneuver but anything with a harness of a 97A or softer would be best for outdoor

Yes Monique, Callista is right! However I need to make that a part of my part 3 version. Vertical bouncing and small kicks back to replace the dip are some of the best easiest ways to lighten the load on your knees.
