    I love fifth wheel cougars but the dark outside colors suck . MY FAVORITE is the 290 RLS ...I'm glad RV makers are getting away from the dark colors inside ..

    I don’t know about the RV industry but color-coded wiring has been around the automotive and construction equipment industry for decades. Not sure why this is such a big deal...

    We love our new 2019 361 rlw cougar, sure it's mass produced & has small issues here & there, but it's still the best bang for the buck in mid profile 5 th wheels. Get good compliments on it all the time. BTW this is our 3rd keystone product over the many yrs. of camping.

    • @garykline4761
      @garykline4761 5 лет назад

      Yes, we do it all the time, 12 v power is all that's needed..

    Can you make a true half ton fifth wheel, that is less then 6,000 pounds dry weight, like Winnebago

    Does InCommand work locally by bluetooth or WiFi?

    • @rush1764
      @rush1764 5 лет назад

      Bluetooth locally. But you can hook up to Global Connect. You need to be on WiFi wherever you at and the camper needs to be on WiFi wherever it's at. The WiFi box on the wall needs to be utilized.

    I work in fuzion plant and the reason you dont se videos where all the "good stuff" happens is because its tight and already to many people in the way running up and down line yes we all have problems 90% of the people really do care about the product we send out THAT IS WHAT SUPPORT ARE FAMILY we want your orders if we send junk we lose money I'm in shelling floors gets frames that are as much as 2" out of square so now they have problems they do the best they can and send it to us now we have big problems trying to make it top of the line at the end of the keystone is a great company I have worked for 2 different plants they have been great employee and product we do care but if you look long and hard enough you will find problems with everything even your royals I promise

      drew freed:
      99.9% of all RVs manufactured are garbage, any "painstaking attention to detail" is about landing a sale. Is it your fault the RVs are built in such a crappy manner? Of course not,it's the Corporations that own them and what the stock price is listing for...that's their priority. The crud Warren Buffet builds is just that.

    I just ordered a Laredo . Nothing but good reviews from the BBB . Model 280rb. Big shower ,island kitchen and full size queen bed. Spread axles for stability . Go Keystone. One piece wrap around roof and a one piece wrap around front fiberglass cap. Won’t leak!

    I would like to get a good look at the Lippert frame design. We just spent $700 at a welding shop to have the front cross member cut out and replaced with much thicker 1/4” rectangular tube. The original 1/8” walled member buckled 600 miles from home allowing the pin box to tilt and the underside of the front bedroom to touch the top of our truck’s bedrails. Thankfully I was able to limp it to a reputable shop to get it fixed. They were amazed that a 29’ 5th wheel frame would use such light material.

    So I have done a ton of research on RVs because we are in the market to purchase our second RV. We have looked at many Brands and models but our favorite is the Cougar Travel Trailer, because we see the high Quality of structure and the fact that the Cougar will last a very long time when maintain properly. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are in the demographic that wants a high quality RV that is not 36ft, 30ft, 28ft. Or 25ft. We Want a High Quality RV in the total length of 22, 21, WHY ARE YOU LEAVING US OUT KEYSTONE!!!!!!! Do you Realize That you Are missing a HUGH Buyers Market for the smaller RVs. We don’t want the Bullet, the passport,the mallards, the Grand Design, the Jayco,. WE WANT A KEYSTONE COUGAR. So Please Relay this message to Keystone the COUGAR DIVISION. PLEASE! PLEASE!, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The one thing I really wish keystone would do with their Cougars is put a one piece shower. That’s the one thing I don’t like about Cougars.

    "Dynaspan" flooring is made from OSB, not plywood. www.dyna-bilt.com/products/dyna-span
    What thickness does Cougar use? What's the advantage over using 4'x8' tongue and groove plywood sheets? The competitor I'm looking at uses 5/8" thick plywood sheets.

    • @MicheleGioiello
      @MicheleGioiello 5 месяцев назад

      The problem with 5/8” plywood is weight. I love using real wood, but all that glue used in plywood and pressed wood adds up to real weight problems X 100.
