    I can't tell you how much I love this recipe. Where I live don't have a lot of ingredients so I just go with what I have at home and it turned out perfectly. I omitted butter, less oil, no corainder powder and no garam masala. My Indian friend who made this for me was so impressed that I could cook the same dish she did and tasted the same in my 1st try. I made this 2 weeks in the roll to eat with gralic breads and indian rice. I love it so much. So happy to find it channel and I can't wait to try more recipes.

      Almost all of Indian cooking consist a major spare use of unhealthy (cheap) oils and butters similar to how French use butter sparingly and Ukrainians for Whipped cream. So one must always be very cautious in making sure to separate the healthy from unhealthy cooking. All Indian dishes like above one are very easy to make in healthy ways its just the street mentality here in India that people dont care about that difference any mich.
      Glad you made it well and loved. Try marinated yogurt chicken recipe very healthy and quickest recipe. 🙏👏🏼

      I cant see you achieving the same results without coriander and garam masala. Coriander is the basis for nearly all indian cooking and garam masala has 10-11 spices minimum with affect taste by a huge amount.
      You friend is extremely polite. If course you would get a good result with just onion and garlic ginger. Its chicken. But you cant really call it an indian chicken curry.
      If you can find it, i would advice using the spices and trying again. You will notice the tremendous difference they make.

    • @sharonkrishnan
      @sharonkrishnan 2 года назад

      @@yasmint6578 That’s a very subjective topic mate. You gonna have to jump deep through history. We ind-pak-bangladesh all were happy and never bothered about religion. As one land and one people we had the potential to dominate the whole world. This was worst nightmare for Britisher empires. So,just like they break every other nation they ruled, they break us using religion and transfer of power. Conflicts and wars handed over to respected nations and they left it for us to sort it out. They knew no one ever wins a war. Its the beginning of the dead end. We born and then our name, religion, culture is pre decided and we have to live with that but don’t allow the nation to decide how we should feel about our neighbours. That’s something we have the power to change. Let’s not fight somebody else’s fight. Political conflicts for religion and land will never end, the only thing will end is life of our beloved soldier brothers. Imagine living as one, sharing all festivals, foods, new cultures and traditions. So many place to visit and so many more people to love. We could be the source of largest production unit for anything around the world, worlds best economy, people will choose to live in their own country, new inventions-new development. We will be the place world will seek for any suggestions help and support. Mate, we are divided by political conflicts. Please understand this conspiracy game politicians are playing. They want more dead people so that they can kill many others too, showing the world that they are the best ruler. A political party can’t solve problem if there is no problem. Lets not fight their war. Lets not be a part of their game.🙃

    Looks good, but you made one mistake (have only seen till 40 second till now) :
    Never put ginger garlic paste first thing in the oil, has high chance of it burning, look at what happened @0:28, better idea would be to either add the garlic after adding chicken, or mix the garlic paste with chicken and then add; the chicken brings the oil temperature down, allowing the garlic to cook and not get burnt.

    • @AnkurPandeyef
      @AnkurPandeyef 2 года назад +1

      @@yasmint6578 If one's careful like you've been, then doesn't matter, but adding it later reduces the chances of burning considerably.
      Also if chicken/any meat is marinated well, then garlic/ginger flavor seeps into the meat, which adds depth to the flavor of the meat.
