I've lived with a hoarder.
It's not fun.
The amount of stuff they can accumulate is staggering.
My Dad was like that hardcore with rats 🐀 yeah I agree it sucks 💯
I knew a man in new Orleans who was one. Two huge multi-level homes with only narrow paths amongst the boxes and strewn stuff. The one home had a huge attached garage with about 10 cars, every one he bought since a young man. Besides hoarding enough stuff for a small city, he was a huge man who could put buffets out of business. A human elephant when it came to food. At a funeral, the dinner afterwards was buffet style and he literally ate for ten people. I have no idea how he lived so long, he put the fat man at the circus to shame. Smart man, one of the engineers who worked on the water disposal systems to keep New Orleans dry.
I was friends with a couple and a single gal who both seemed cool outside of their hoarded houses. I started to see the cracks in their mental health after a while, and it was so very sad to witness. My cousin lived with a hoarder who collected the roommates trash and filled his room, and then the whole house with it. It’s a devastating illness.
Typical Hispanic household.
I live with my sisters and brother, and my sisters are hoarders, one worse than the other. 😢
Had a friend who house was like this. One day my then girlfriend and I decided to clean it up. The three of us got to work. It inspired our other friends to chip in as well. In total it took 7 of us 48 hours to clean it all up. The last day we worked until 5 am. He was overwhelmed and cried tears of joy. Even his family called us to thank us. In about 5 months it was back to the exact same condition. This is because hording is part of a mental illness.
Sorry you wasted your time.
@@grimsonforce7504 welp, guess he learned a lesson
I don’t see it as a waste of time. You did a selfless, wonderful thing for someone and just because their mental illness got the best of them, that will never take away from what you did to help. 🙏🏼
Who cares.... geez
What happened to them
that place makes me want to go and throw away some of my stuff.
I just told my son the same thing. 😅
There was a time in my life that I had some hoarding issues. Not quite to this level. But still bad. When my African grey parrot passed away, I went through this get rid of everything phase. I couldn't believe how much better and lighter I felt without all this crap
LMAO makes me feel better about the dollar shot bottles and bottlecaps on my desk
What you got?
Pick something up. If it doesn't have sentimental value, you haven't used it in at least a year, and you can easily replace it, get rid of it. Maybe not throw it out, but sell it, or give it away. It's amazing how much "crap" we have sitting around. Something you buy, use once or twice, then...that's it. Like certain board games, I bought them for a specific get-together, and then they just sit there on the shelf, maybe going years between uses. So now I just buy used boxed games from noble knight, and re-sell them back when I no longer need them.
Imagine being late for work cuz you lost your car keys in that mess ' Hey Boss i'll be there in about 3 months after i locate my keys ty '
No use finding them, the inside of the car probably looks the same

Domestic calls are always the worst for police. So many emotions make people absolutely insane
Right!!!
For real
@georgmeir dumbest comment ever.
@@georgmeir I agree you should hold off calling unless you really need to, but letting things escalate like that to the point where police NEED to be involved isn't a very good alternative either. I mean imagine if the police weren't called for this, and we had a murder/suicide to deal with now instead... Again I do agree you shouldn't just go calling, it should be legitimate necessity, just something to think about.
@@georgmeir… unless there’s violence or a chance someone won’t be leaving alive.
Theres a reason they’re called to domestic calls. It’s because some people are absolute monsters who prey on those who can’t save themselves. When adults prey on their children, when terrible people beat the hell out of their spouses, or whenever theres a very real chance that a life is in danger, that’s when law enforcement can and should step in.
My now passed, father-in-law was a horder. The weird thing was he wouldn't allow anyone except me to get rid of things. I would visit twice a year (lived a long way away), and we would go through things together, doing garbage, donate and keep piles. He would then allow his 4 sons to get rid of stuff ONLY if I was the person who went through it first with him. After he passed away, it was discovered he had 6 huge storage containers FULL of stuff too that he had been paying for for years! It was such a heavy burden for his family to have to go through it all after his passing. It really is a mental illness. His biggest thing was food. He would argue that even though the fiod was expired (sometimes by more than 5 years), that it was still "safe" to eat! When you go without food in your life, it can trigger extreme hoarding of food, even expired food. He would tell me stories of going without as a kid. It's very sad.
Poor guy saw a lot of food deprivation in his lifetime, my mum did, she never wastes food, even now at 80 years old and living on a more than adequate pension.
I went without a lot as a kid. My sister and I were trafficked and heavily neglected. I still have issues similar to your father in laws but I've been trying to work through it. I am very sorry for your loss, he was obviously very close with you and trusted you
@heatherchisholm89 ty. Yes, we were very close. I am so sorry you went through that in your childhood. I can't say I know what you went through despite being abused by my father. What you went through is a totally different thing. I am glad you are getting help, and I truly wish you all the best. Be well, stay safe, and take care.💖
@angeldreams2307 thank you, I'm not necessarily getting professional help, I'm still working up to that lol. I'll get there, lately I've just been reaching out to friends more for help. And yes, it was really rough to live through. I once broke my own foot with a brick to get out of a shackle and ran away on it and that was just another Monday
TLDR
Can you imagine if that place caught on fire? You’d have ZERO chance of getting out alive
That’s the 1st thing I think of! With the smoke you would have to hope you could feel your way out before you pass out. And it would burn so much faster having all those things shoved together. How scary.
Nah I'd win
I think for us it would be the end but for someone that is a professional hoarder or “collector” of piles and piles of “things” some of those people know their own chaos and can most likely go to a certain pile and tell you exactly what is in it or if they are looking for something they know exactly what pile to look in! Maybe not all hoarders but some definitely can make their way out of their elaborate maze. Well that’s if the place doesn’t go up in flames before making it out. All that stuff everywhere touching each other is basically an accelerant! Really scary when you actually think about it!
Not to mention it puts their neighbors homes at risk too.
I imagine a hoarder would want to die than lose everything they own
As someone who got help halfway through the hoarding process, let me explain. Life just becomes so hard. I made so many stupid mistakes to end up where I was that I was scared to make any more decisions, including what to save and what to throw out. Once I received anti-anxiety meds, it became easier and easier. It's like you're scared to throw put anything important, but you don't know what is important.
I have never thought of it in that way. Thanks for a new perspective on it. Glad you were able to get help before things became even worse.
But how do you explain the fact that even after cleaning the whole thing happens again in a short time?
That person must have needed daily continual help with his struggles or maybe he never figured out a specific cause of why he does it and therefore fell back into old habits. All just a guess. I really have no idea. Could be all sorts of reasons. Once that help went away, he was on his own to maintain it and he probably didn’t know how to do that? Again a total guess. I am half asleep responding to this and I know you were asking the other person the question. I just stuck my beak in it anyways.
@@Marta-cx5jyI’m happy for you and thank you for explaining some of the reasons of why you became a hoarder. But, what triggers the hoarder? Like some people begin at such an early age? It’s a mental illness yes but is it because you were abused as a child or because your Mother was a clean freak 😂? I’ve got a room right now that I know needs declutterring but I think I’m personally just overwhelmed by it since I’m 69 now and just don’t feel like tackling it! It’s not anything like here in this video of course but to me it’s just a bunch of boxes and some clothes and house stuff I need to just be rid of. I donate everything to a nice Donation Store a couple of miles from me that every penny goes to helping addiction of any kind be it alcohol, drugs, pills such as pain medication adderal things such as that. It’s also very very affordable that the Goodwill charges triple for these days. Sorry my comment got so long by the way!!

Lived across the street from an older woman who was a hoarder. 5 bedroom house worth around 700k and she ran out of room. Added a couple of storage containers to her drive-way. WILD!!! There were times that she would get so many UPS deliveries in a day that you couldn't get to the front door.
My father in laws GF is exactly this. Upscale home upscale neighborhood and filled to the brim with brand new stuff all bought while on "sale". Blows my mind. She's not and outdoors person and bought 4 tents that were on sale as an example.
How are they so rich?
I´m not an American, living in Europe I´ve known some hoarders who are usually homeless or disabled people who collect either cheap used stuff from flea market or even trash they find near garbage bins. Old electronics, light fixtures etc. So weird to hear that people who are ordering new stuff from Amazon every day that they´are never going to use and still live quite well. Previously there was a stereotype that older people do it because most people after WW2 were living in poverty so once they are old they´re becoming senile and their childhood need to gather food and household items kicks in. All these hoarder videos on RUclips however show that this is across the board. Kind of sad to hear these stories, because often these homes are not kept in check and constant fire hazards.
I see this in America as well. I think it gives them comfort out of a bad situation.
@ My niece used to be like this. But, on a middle class budget. TONS of clothes that she will NEVER wear. Always adding more furniture when her home is already very nicely done.
i was starting to get really down on myself cuz i THOUGHT my house was dirty…but seeing this makes me feel a little better.
Someone dies and you feel better...narcissistic much?
I mean, really that’s not saying much. That’d be like saying, you know, I thought it was getting hot in here but just realized how much hotter it is in Hell.
Go clean your house. lol. Jk.
But, It always makes me feel better when the house is clean.
They meant the state of the house.
Same here!
Nah you should still clean. Don't use this place as your guide.
The tragedy is that a dog was forced to live in those conditions.
I share the same sentiment. 😢
and chained up.....😮
wrong one on the chain..😢
The tragedy is that a dog was forced to live in those conditions??? Umm, what about Kevin?! It seems like he's being portrayed solely as the villain in all of this. Kevin was clearly going through something. I think people are mistaken 'Collecting' as 'Hoarding' which are actually 2 different things. Let's at least try to humanize Kevin and acknowledge that this in its entirety was tragic, (tragic for the dog, the officers involved, and Kevin).
@ Sure, but dogs are great!
its a stupid dog, it's life means nothing
Before they had an official name (Hoarders), we called them Path People.
I was a FEMA housing inspector. Imagine a hoarder

The end result are 3 paths.
Couch to kitchen.
Couch to bathroom.
Couch to door.
In any event, Kevin’s the kind of guy that closes his eyes so no one can see him.
Path People... makes sense. My mum calls them Pack Rats.
That's actually really sad.
I would never in a million years admit to being a pawn in the criminal organization known as fema..... shame.
@@lionelt.9124- It is really sad! It stems from trauma and/or depression. People are responsible for their actions and access to mental health services is difficult.
@@AreYouABadfishTooI always used the term pack rats too. I still use it, but for people who aren't as serious of hoarders. Like hoarder lite. Lol. My parents are pack rats, not even close to hoarders, but my dad.. he's some special breed lol. He labels, dates, and organizes all the junk. He knows exactly where it is too. "Sarah, shirts, 1996? .. oh that's probably by the old ping pong table over there." And there they sit Lol. My brother and I like to play "find your favorite box" and to this day, my favorite is still "Half pencils 1998". And in that box are pencils that aren't quite full pencils, they're about half way used.. and presumably from 1998. Lol we don't know why.
Original poster- is there a name for something like that? I think there's a compulsion to the collecting of the stuff, but also to the organizing. Like is it possible to be a hoarder with OCD or something? Lol

My Dad was a severe hoarder. In fact, the TV show "Hoarders" on TLC was filmed primarily in my area (Western Washington State) and my sister sent video and info to the show to try and get them to help. They really offered to help my dad and us.. they genuinely did help if you let them exploit you for an episode, they offered to pay for a lot of therapy and other "aftercare" for like 6 months or a year. My dad refused to do it though and for about a year me and my sisters would recieve phonecalls from the production team asking if he changed his mind, they even offered to pay a slightly higher amount to my dad but he refused. I wish he had accepted? We tried so many things and nothing worked. Anyways, growing up in that house was.. stressful and sad. Im 40 and refuse to accumulate anything..
One second, you say they exploit people, then the next second, you say you wish your dad had accepted and gone on the show. I don't think they exploited people. Seeing that show probably gave families of hoarders hope and maybe even hope to the hoarders.
@@yvonneoliver1158 It's sad that people have to be exploited for entertainment to be able to get help- but the fact that the show really does try to help them makes it worth it in the end.
The things you think you own, end up owning you.
@@yvonneoliver1158 The context of the post seems to indicate that the exploitation would have been acceptable due to the net benefit to the family/children forced to live in those conditions. That doesn’t preclude the exploitation though. Two things can be true at the same time, despite the fact that u believe that one of those truths does not exist.
They offered to pay him money to be on the show? Or just offered to pay for therapy etc.?
I will never complain about a mess in my garage any more
every day when i go for walks i see open garages, all full of stuff, never used no kids with sports equipment or bikes just unidentifiable stuff. I have a garage and its organized with a bike, lawnmower, work table table saw and hanging garden tools..... I can park my car if needed with room to walk around it. Habits one learn as a kid if your parents were smart and caring.
I always feel so bad for the kids and pets caught up n these situations. They don’t deserve that. 😢
And there are times pets are randomly....unalive or grossly neglected. And that makes me lose my mind. Kids have no choice but to 'live' and, more accurately, get sick in these filthy environments.

These calls are terrifying. Bless these officers! 🙏💙🚔
these cops suck so trigger happy
@@fanetooo, you dont understand their training!! I do, as I graduated from the Canadian Criminal Justice Policing Program! We are taught the 21 foot reactionary distance rule that states; when a suspect has a knife and they are charging at an officer, this is the distance in which it takes for the suspect with a knife to attack you (the officer) and for you to draw your service weapon and fire your weapon! It is for the officer to react accordingly, respond swiftly, and safely to avoid violent attacks!
In this particular case, the officers did not have the 21 foot reactionary distance between themselves and the suspect! The suspect was so close and failed to follow officers commands as well as coming towards the one officer with the knife in hand! His intentions were to harm the officer on the left! They shot him due to the officer on the left protecting himself and the others on the right, shot to protect their fellow officer!! They were by no means "trigger happy!!"

The tragedy is the family thinking their child is an angel.
So many parents do this. More so now. Kids never get into trouble these days and are constantly told how great they are even when they're actively disobeying and throwing a tantrum to get what they want because they know it'll work that someone will give in. They should have sent Tom Cruise in to negotiate, followed by John Travolta, they might have been able to talk him out of the closet. If they couldn't, call in Richard Gere, maybe his gerbils could help.
🎶I'm in the closet....now im in da closet tooooo!! 🎶
I live in a apartment complex with 150 apartments. I never knew how many people are hoarders untill i moved in. There were neighbors with junk all over their porches, some looked almost like 2 nd living rooms! Furniture all over. One guy would drag bicycle parts, lawnmowers , and old bbqs etc .. once he dragged a oil drum with oil in it,dropped it and splashed it all over the roof hang! So glad the finally moved him out!
I'm in a similar place. Two of the downstairs neighbours fish all the junk out of the trash and keep it all around their door.
I don't mind it though. It's less stuff going to landfills and they recycle all the plastic and metal.
I know another old guy who's a well known hoarder. He actually admits that he enjoys annoying all the neighbours.
3 trained cops with guns, against one regular dude with a knife ends up shot 3 times on a welfare check, yet they aren't responsible for killing him? This is why police should be defunded.
Thanks God!🤲🏻 you protected the police officers life!❤️❤️❤️😟
Poor dog. Chained in the filthy home.
My dads a hoarder. I don’t have a relationship with him, don’t want one. Seeing the thumbnail photo reminded me of growing up with him.
Same with my dad. Cut ties.
My mum in law is a hoarder. Her house is clean but full of so much stuff. We have offered to clean up but she point blank refuses. It is a mental illness and should be treated as such.
"You know what, never mind." Made me chuckle. You know they are still coming right? 😂
First, I'm married to a retired deputy so I almost always side with the police, but I'm having a difficult time with how this one played out. The guy is over weight, and basically trapped in a room where he can't charge at anyone with the knife...I'm thinking maybe they should have tased him or tried "talking him down" first before they shot him. I really can't say for sure because so much was blurred and cut out of the video by the department. Still a very sad ending.
They had run ins with him before. You don't know, you weren't there. Quit Monday morning armchair quarterbacking, it doesn't suit you and your retired deputy would think youre an ahole. Kevin chose his demise, wanted suicide by cops because he was too coward to do it himself. Do you know what it does to an officer? Y9u should but maybe "your" retired deputy never had to pull his weapon.... smh
Agree!! I believe that police took a very bad judgement and. Shot the man for no reason he was just trying to get out of the mess to them!
yet another welfare check where they end up less well than when they started
totally agree.
@@SarahArmstrong-r9q oh yes, he was just trying to get out of the mess to them _with the knife in his hand_
This is so depressing. I regularly watch Hoarders but this brings a whole new wave of emotions
hoarders always have pets.......so selfish. Even more despicable are his family and friends who allowed him to spiral without getting him help.....then starting a gofundme to profit off his death. Terrible friends and family
Hoarders are very resistant to change. They also suffer from shame due to living in squalor.
I have a hoarder in my family and they do not have or want any pets
It’s an illness not selfish
I'm curious to know how you know that his family and friends allowed him to spiral without getting him help?! There's only so much that others can do for a person. At the end of the day, it's up to the individual as to whether or not, they want to take up the opportunity afforded to them, as well as remaining committed to the goal they've set for themselves.
@ they probably didn’t know
I can smell that place through RUclips
Coming into contact with the thin blue line gang is one of the most dangerous things you can do
We all just going to ignore Kevin died...from getting shot. Apparently he had some mental health issues that were not addressed.
So sad that this doesn't end well! This type of thing also happens with police officers when dealing with the suspect who has mental health issues! But safety is the first priority. So yeah unexpected 😢
Why are the doors always broke off the hinges at these kinda homes
the junk most likely pops them off since they block doors
@@98f5 it’s a staple of domestic violence, in my experience.
Before my parents divorce, I would sometimes come home to find broken doors or furniture like that. I learned quickly that it was a sign that I should immediately leave and try to find a friend’s house to stay at that night.
The homes are old and just not managed or repair, a lot of those hinges just rusted or rotted off with time.
Country music culture
Bad temper, drama
The coarseness of American society on view n this comment section. A mentally ill person is killed by police and all you get is people making jokes about how messy he was.
As someone from a asian country that's what surprised me too. Looking at the comments about how messy the house was, I thought MAYBE the video doesn't actually end in tragedy so they are just commenting about the mess. But no, the guy was actually shot and then he died few days later. Where I live, police coming to a house and killing someone for whatever reason just doesn't happen.
Hoarding is definitely a mental illness. 😢
This is what you get from a country full of psychopaths.
The American public has been trained to worship police no matter what. They weren't like this just 20 years ago. The police were actually police instead of dumb jack booted thugs and the people were actually understanding of others and not so quick to judge. But we've been turned into a stupid and violent society just in one generation due to a horrible education system, 24/7 TV propaganda, social media, and the fact that no one knows their neighbors anymore. Don't let them do the same thing to your country because they will!
Also you need to understand that most of the pro-police comments and rude jokes in the comment section do not represent the average American. Most people where I live are still kind and know each other. But we live in a tight-knit rural community that is 25 years behind the rest of the country. In the cities and areas around the large cities people are not like that. I lived in a city for a few years and I'll never go back because the people are so rude and street violence is accepted as a normal thing. It's nothing like the Asian cities I've been in where things are clean, civil and peaceful. Here people throw trash on the ground, spit on the ground and walk around looking for a fight and conflict.
Ironically, most of those places are the same ones with gun bans. Yet every person just carries illegally and is quick to pull it out for no reason. In the area I live in we all have guns but they are never used to settle petty disputes. They are for wildlife management and the very rare instance where someone from outside of the area tries to break into our house in the middle of the night.
The police where I live used to be the old school kind but they've all retired since 2020. So now we have a total new set and they're trained just like the idiots in this video. These young cops have no respect for anyone or anything. They walk around with a chip on the shoulder and are so quick to escalate to violence. They remind me so much of the inner city gangs I used to see everyday when I lived and worked in the big city.
A worthless person got punished for their refusal to change. Lmao.
This is exactly why I clean my room 🙏🏻😭
Curtains on the outside of the door is diabolical 😂
so what was the story? nothing was explained in this video
Remember Home Alone? "Kevin!!!" 😂😂
(Kevin Arnold from the wonder years....🙂)
Yes!!! 😊
Why was Kevin shot??
My mom was a compulsive buyer. We had a big house and she filled it with stuff she didn't even open. It really impacted my mental state growing up. I still can't stand clutter.
The inside conditions aside, I'm glad my father disciplined me and my brother for leaving the yard a mess, because I can't stand the sight of a dirty cluttered yard
This feels like 1/2 a story. Other than him being shot, I'm not sure what else happened. I'm curious as to why they didn't just use the tazer that one of them said they have. If they had 3 guns pulled, why not have the tazer pointing at him as well?
This video is better than any current Oscar nominee. 🎥 🎞👍
Awards shows are a disgusting display of privileged, out of touch sellouts, patting each other on the back.
Whether you believe it in a literal or figurative sense... To achieve great "success" in the entertainment industry, they sell their souls. They're required to participate in evil to attain and maintain great fame and fortune. The most "successful", are the most willing to participate in the most evil.
What are the ods that the audio recording cut out on 3 body at a shooting when they had been work minutes before?
They deleted the recording because it's a cover up. They murdered that man.
@normajean5975 he murdered himself when when he wouldn't drop the knife
Get over it @@normajean5975
Well one upside of living in a hoarders mess- it’s one hell of a place to hide from police 😂
My exs mom was a hoarder. I remember helping clean their condo and taking two sackfuls of clothing and personal care samples to a battered women's shelter in Lawrence. The next day? Said she wanted it back.
My grandparents were also hoarders...but THEY grew up during the Depression.
Weird that all body cams went out at same time. So unusual. How can that be?
I think it was probably redacted.
Kevin was not responding to commands from the beginning. Kevin did not want to comply while holding a weapon.
Kevin was obviously mentally ill.
Kevin had no legal compulsion to do anything. They are armed intruders @ that point. No exigent circumstances existed to grant them access...Blatant 4th amendment violation, which lead to cold blooded murder!
True, but there is ZERO excuse for these obese cops to have used that much force on him, you Ioser. Kevin was surrounded by HEAPS of garbage and posed no immediate threat. Barely any threat at all, because he could have been tased.
How TF do people live like this?
Mental illness.
It’s an illness
Mental illness.
That’s not living … that’s your brain not understanding that your emotions want to stop. Sadly for his family, his emotions finally won.
It doesn’t happen overnight. As someone living with clutter it builds up over a period of time. You don’t always notice it happening😢
Feel so bad for the officers that have to deal with stuff like this 😢 glad they are ok
Well, I clean my home everyday & now I’m going to buy even more cleaning supplies. Bless their heart. I absolutely cannot stand a mess! It makes makes my skin crawl
Kevin seems like a big dude.
What was he doing with a knife in his hand? Why didn't the other person with him pass this information on to these officers? What did Kevin want with this knife? Injure himself or the officers? In addition, the astronomical amount of stuff in this place add a strange feeling...
like a silent chaos...
I have hoarding tendencies. I was forced to downsize twice. Each time, i reluctantly donated, gave away and threw away many items. What i, especially, hate is having to buy some of the very things that i "had". I am an extremely upset hoarder who recieves counseling in hopes that i never accumulate things again. 😢
Best of luck to you! ❤
That must be so incredibly difficult.
Hugs to you
I know a couple of people who were treated for hoarding and OCD, and with a lot of work, they were able to make progress. It isn't easy, but you can get there. There are different levels of hoarding, and it's a lot more common than you'd think.
I think if he didn’t move while in the closet, the police would have given up looking through all that crap and left 😂
No, they have dealt with him before and had to make sure whoever called 911 was okay.
@@mariemandra2583 Thank God he's okay now. Resting 6 feet under the ground.
I used to be a hoarder but then I started to get rid of things that I don't think I am going to use. I am very clean now.
Just today, I was beating myself up because I haven't dusted the house in 2 weeks. I've done everything else, but dust. I now feel a *LOT* better than I did earlier! 🤧🤯😲
Dusting is a never ending chore. Once the house is dusted it should stay clean longer. It’s not fair. 😂 I’m actually kind of serious.
Why did they have to shoot him?
Why couldn't they tase him?
Kevin was shot 3x but cause of death was listed as a PE??
That makes no sense.
woulda, coulda, shoulda ... at the end of the day, they gave Kevin plenty of time to come out and not be armed with a knife.
it says "3 shots to chest" NOT 3 firearm shots. He was hit by rubber/bean bag rounds. That's why cod was heart attack
@@juanstarnotip8122he was shot and bleeding hence why it was blurred. Google works too
Thanks for the video. I appreciate these informative videos.
Officers handled it well. The people need to realize how good these cops are and too stop trying to ignore them there here to help not hurt you
All the Americans talking about the hoarding and not about the fact they killed a man who wasnt a threat
I have hoarding tendencies and I hope I never let myself get this bad, thankfully I have people around me that help me stay on top of it but sometimes it does get so bad and being overwhelmed by it makes it worse
Poor dog living in that mess!
woman detected, only a woman can value dogs life more than a mans
So they killed him?
Its called suicide by cop. Dude set up the cops to come in, intentionally had a knife- so the dude was to much of a coward to off himself, no they didn't murder him.
Those cops were a bunch of scared ass punks.
They once found a homeless woman living in these people’s house on an episode of Hoarders!🤦♀️
I remember that, scary idea for sure.
I grew up in a military family. One of the best things about that is they moved us so often we did not have the opportunity to collect stuff.
My Mom was a Hoarder, among other problems. Cleaning the house was horrifying. We got terribly sick. We had advice to bulldoze the home. I felt it was my duty, if I could go back in time, I'd just sift for our treasures and leave the rest.
Don't send men with guns to check on my welfare. Just a note to friends and family. LOL
Dont come at the people coming to check on you with a knife
Why did they shoot him when they have two non-lethal options?
He had a knife. DERP.
Why was the dogs face blurred? Honest question not trying to make a joke
If it is a distinctive enough dog it can also be used to identify someone. Like: "Hey that's Sparky, this must be Jane Doe's house"
Wasn’t the only one reacting like this😂😂❤❤❤
I have a uncle that’s been a hoarder even before his wife passed last year. though I have never been inside of his house, I have heard from friends n family that been in there and told me there was stuff everywhere up to the ceiling. I feel so bad for the dog in the video as my uncle lost a dog a few years ago that was living in those conditions that my uncle would tell me all the time about whenever I meet him but he got a puppy last year and he tells stories about the puppy too. Kudos to the cops that tried to save Kevin :(
