If you stay in 2019 they can not charge you and if you stayed after they exceeded the max rental of 72 nights a year you have been promised a refund. They are also not treehouses, but houses built on stilts near trees. The couple that built these houses built them to rent but chose to not make them ada accessible, that is just not right. Plenty of other air bnb’s on the island that follow the law and cost less with better views.
