I've been watching your videos weekly for years! The day after Thanksgiving 2024 I was proposed too so I'm officially ENGAGED!!! I feel like I'm relaxed and enjoying the process fully BECAUSE OF YOU and my years of watching your fabulous self!
Could you do a detailed video breakdown on what a backyard wedding could look like? My fiance and I are getting married in his grandparents backyard, in which most if not all of his family is going to help us out this blessed event together for us. His cousin is a wedding planner and will be our DOC. We want to cook our own reception menu and a family member wants to bake our wedding cake instead of forking out the cost of a catering service. But giving tips and tricks about looking at what rentals would cost, questions to ask in advance in your area regarding parking solutions, are permits needed. Some areas might require a special event permit or temporary building permit regarding putting up a tent in your own backyard if you live within city limits. There’s so much you haven’t covered😮 But I love your content and I’ll be following you until the day we get married ❤

I got engaged over thanksgiving and wedding is set for april. Thanks goodness for this channel and that I am an event planner by profession cause my 3k budget doesn’t allow for a wedding planner.
