Great video - did you consider hsct? Hitting the disease hard in early years

I personally have MS and it was my first choice. I said I would take HSCT and hit the disease hard, but my neurologist recommended trying Ocrevus first. If it fails, then I would make the leap to HSCT. It's not a procedure to be taken lightly, but it's the closest thing we have to a 'cure', so now we wait for Ocrevus to do its job. If not, well, another battle awaits.

I use WHOOP and have MS. What are your thoughts on the stress metrics? Do you think high stress flares your MS?

Yeah I definitely think that Stress payed a huge part in my initial relapses that led to me being diagnosed. I had a stressful job back then that I've left which I think really helped calm things down! What do you find your WHOOP most useful for in regards to MS?

@@tomgarbett77 I mainly use recovery % to manage my strain for the day. My exercise physiologist suggests to keep strain under 13 for MS patients. If l have a low recovery, l’ll drive my son to school as opposed to walk him or skip reformer pilates that day and focus on recovery activities like sauna, meditation, massage. It helps with my energy conservation. Interesting l also noticed the HRV/RHR metrics are terrible for 48 hours after taking DMT.
