I actually love spam. I don’t care for it cooked. I cut it raw and make like little sticks with it and I like to dip it in mustard. There’s just something about the combination of the spam and mustard. Good luck with your PET scan.
Brother you are eating a bunch of incredibly salty processed meats. Why not a $6 roasted chicken from the store? It's brined yes so salt, but not not what is inside the processed stuff. Plus, you get the joy of eating a nice chicken leg and wing with your hands, and it's warm🤤

That would have been a good idea if I thought of that earlier. Yes I know all this stuff has a lot of sodium in it, but it’s just for 24 hours
