@@trentonheiner5833 Great question! While I’m not 100% certain, I would assume they do not.

@Mobyus1 is correct. Unless a card or ability says otherwise, any card that is "played" comes in exhausted. Same is true for resources by the way - unless stated otherwise, they come into play exhausted.
