She had a great carrier, with lots of great songs....She's Got You...When I Get Through With You...San Antonio Rose...Blue Moon Of Kentucky...and...Leaving on Your Mind...are just some.

I love this song. It's one that I came to appreciate more as I explored Patsy Cline in my teen years. "Sweet Dreams" is her signature song and shows Patsy's vocal strength, her perfection , with note stretches, rises and dips. When I hear her in that song her voice takes you to an edge and drops you slowly like a feather. "Crazy" is another vocal mastery, too. She has quite a few good songs. She tragically died at the age of 30.

Ive just found your channel through Patsty Cline, Ive read some of the comments that were left to you about other songs and how legendary Patsy Cline was. My question is did anyone mention to you that Patsy is one of the few singers in history that we all lost at only 30 years-old in a plane crash in 1963. Much like Hank Williams Senior who was 29 years old when he died in 1953. Siri made a lot of his songs! She also has a voice that to me sounds like the female version of Johnny Cash's that comes out from the grave and grabs You It's haunting!

Patsy Cline had an 8-year music career, from 1955 until her death in 1963. This TV performance may have taken place in 1957. The syndicator of this Country Music TV program may have used film cameras to record the episodes of the program, and made copies to send to TV stations to use specially-made movie projectors to broadcast the films on their TV stations. Videotape recording was not invented until 1956, and only ABC, CBS, and NBC could afford to buy them. By around 1960, larger-market TV stations began to buy videotape recorders of their own, in order to record some TV programs of their choice, to use to broadcast syndicated videotaped programs, and to record historical news events locally and nationally, such as the JFK Assassination and the RFK Assassination. Later in the decade, they began to replace them with color videotape recorders.

The background singers and arraingement was "The Nashville Sound" a way of smoothing out country's rough edges and melding it the Pop vocal groups of the 50's. Song is very early 60's.
This sound was also called Countrypolitan and it was massively successful, though a lot of artists hated it.

The biggest compliment was from Gordon from the Jordonaires who sang background vocals for Patsy and Elvis. He said when he closed his eyes he thought Patsy herself was singing. I grew up listening to music that was live performances & either folks had a good voice or they didn't make it.

I'm begging for Dog Fashion Disco and I think a good way to get hits on this little known band is to do the original version of the song Mushroom Cult ft Serj Tankien...I know SOAD has been largely viewed on your channel. There is a more recent recording done without Serj but if you put in the info in saying ft. Serj you'll get that original song. And I think you will fall in love with the band and how eclectic they really are. I wish I had some money to send to have it played but I'm tapped out and you seem like a nice guy that might actually give it a shot. Plus I love your break downs and would love to hear your break down of this band and to see if you can tell the difference when it is Todd Smith singing or Serj.

I really really wish you would react some to some Dog Fashion Disco. I don't see any other reactors really doing avant-garde metal and with your admiration of SOAD I believe you would love the genre blending this band pulls off. Please Please Please give them a shot. I watch all of your reactions. I'm begging here.

Darkest Days, Sweet Insanity, Castaway, Worm In a Dog's Heart, Rapist Eyes, War Party, Envy the Vultures, Love Song For a Witch, Magical Band of Fools, or even the extremely strange but awesome song Vertigo Motel would all be great songs to check out. Oh and the song Mushroom Cult ft. The always incredible Serj Tankian.

Patsy did several different arrangements of Walkin' including live performances. Check out this version, my favorite, as it's a high quality studio version with backing singers and slightly more uptempo. ruclips.net/video/iClFaEhoOI4/видео.html

This video and soundtrack don't really show Patsy at her best. She was fabulous. Please listen to Sweet Dreams, I Fall To Pieces. And she was Loretta Lynn's best friend. She was devastated when Patsy was killed in an airplane crash. Gone way too soon.

Please listen to Anita Carter singing A Tear Fell . It is the same style and time period as Patsy Cline , although Patsy had the better voice.

Oh no. You should have listened to the studio version. The one they put on records. This one is ok, but the fully produced version is better.
