This is not perpetual motion in my eyes. Looks more like a gravitational induced wheel. Like it's capturing the downward river of gravity. A gravitational water wheel, if you will. This looks very plausible, I love it.

this actually works
One side of the arms on this can carry the North and other side south facing upwards and can be a perpetual V gate configuration with stator magnet rods fixed only on one half of the setup.. from the point the arms are most widely crossed to the point they are most narrow..
Creo que en este caso lo que sucede es que se compensa el desbalance de pesos, con las fuerzas que hay que hacer para abrir y cerrar las tijeras.

These things cannot be coupled to the load.
Long story short. The masses are moving in a perfect ellipse, nearly a circle. The midpoint of the ellipse is left of the wheel bearings. Conservation of eneregy still is valid.
Long story even shorter. It uses a hidden motor.
The thing is what energy it needs to keep them on that track. There is a problem and in here the conservation of energy is valid indeed 😆
The idea is nice, unfortunately it will not work since the work to lift the weights that must cross will frustrate the work of the imbalance, without considering friction and more

questi giocattoli non so a cosa servono si cerca di produrre e ottenere risultati economici invito a quardare un attrezzo fatto con leve dove i grandi tecnici non hanno mai pensato il moto rotatorio con le leve L attrezzo lo si puo vedere su RUclips e scrivere MOLTIPLICATORE DI POTENZA dove con un motore di 1.5 KW muovo L attrezzo e in uscita con con i stessi giri che vieneaumentati a
