Since you moved your front spring perch’s in from the original position, your springs are now to long. Look at your shackles, they are completely collapsed. Hope this is helpful. Yes add fish plates to your chassis for extra strength

Also when setting up straight front axle with center spring mount and split wishbones try to get 7° to 8° positive caster and 1/8" toe in to help eliminate " Death Wobble " !
No he's been doing it along time.withput him.. he's a fabricator and has always had someone help with the mechanical side.. he wouldn't be lost.. did some bad ass builds before the guy came on... and he will continue after...

Totally wrong way to mount steering box ! Should have clamped mount to frame , mark holes and drill thru frame then weld mount to frame a lot stronger , no gaps between mount and frame ! That frame should have been boxed in where mount goes first ! Steering and brakes are the most important on any build ! You could die !
There is a right way and a wrong way to do something ! If chad sold that car to someone and they had an accident because the steering failed , Chad could be sued ! 🤔
Nothing this lamer builds would pass NHRA TECH INSPECTION, look at this frame , all patch work cobbled together by some Lamer who can’t weld , always bumping the welder trigger because he is a lame flake !!

I see some comments about how Chad isn't this or that but he succeeds because he focuses on the positive and doesn't waste time being negative, if we all propped people up instead of tearing them down this world would be a lot more tolerable.
Love the videos as always, refuse to miss one….. But the steering box is installed incorrectly and you’re going to most likely experience steering bind at some point . The pitman arm off bottom of steering box should be as horizontal as possible with the ground.

That flex exhaust pipe looks cheap and no good. It would be easy to buy a pipe bender and make a proper exhaust. And make to 3 pipes go into 1 . And poke the end of it out between the doors and the wheels. IT WOULD LOOK BETTER WORK BETTER AND BE CHEAPER !!!
I have never left you a negative comment in my two years of watching you everyday 9:13 but next time your welding near a trashed tire like that get a fire extinguisher close by that's a beautiful building you work in. I'm just saying. Keep up the good work but keep the fire damage down to a minimum that tire could go up in second and would be the perfect storm to remove that wood building in no time. Buy some fire extin guishers for your protection.

Should have weld nuts on the back of plate or tapped thread in plate
