EVs are a niche market. Most people excited about new Tesla developments are either shareholders or vehicle owners or both. the competition is catching up or in some cases have caught up. Some would even argue the competition has surpassed Tesla in some ways. In my opinion Elon is lookin for a way out of Tesla and if you’re betting on self driving cars, “robo taxis” and cybertrucks to takeover the industry anytime soon, I fear you’re mistaken.

Niche? Then explain why EV sales and market share has been "exponentially doubling" every 2yrs for the last 14yrs. In 2016 it finally hit 1%, 2018 2%, 2020, 4%, 2022 8%, 2024 16% by end of this year. You don;t see the pattern...guess what? all technology follows this pattern! Flat screen TV's for instance. Remember they used to be like $14k and only the few rich had then. Then about 6yrs later a lot of people you knew had them but still expensive at around $4k, then by year 10 "everyone" had them and could buy for under $1000.
Competition? Tesla sells more EV's than then the rest of the north american market "combined".
Elon has alway come through in business and win it all!😊
Not to mention Elon liking and replying to racist tweets on twitter.
