ہمارا اصل مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہم ہمیشہ اپنے جسم کو خوراک دیتے رہتے ہیں۔ لیکن ہم اپنی روح کو کھانا کھلانا بھول جاتے ہیں۔ اور ہم ڈپریشن کا شکار ہو جاتے ہیں۔ روح کی خوراک اللہ کا ذکر ہے۔ جب روح کو خوراک نہ دی جائے تو وہ اداس ہو جاتی ہے۔ اس لیے جب بھی آپ پریشان ہوں تو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے ذکر سے اپنی روح کو کھلائیں۔❤❤❤❤
