I've got far too many hours in this game, and getting to watch you to enjoy it for the first time brings back some fond memories of the initial thrill of playing the game. Would be good to see more, if you two are enjoying it.

Tarkov actually made me stop playing Dayz. I just cannot run for 1 hour to find someone anymore. You guys are brave going into this literally knowing nothing lol, you were just shooting friendly scavs the whole time.
DayZ isn’t about “finding someone.” It’s about surviving and avoiding people as much as you can.
That, and they adjusted.the spawn spoints. So no need to search for an hour anymore
I like dayz especially for not being a battle royale experience. You can play it at your own pace and style
@@BotDavid Of course. I've played since 2013. That's fun for a month out of the year then I get bored of it. When you've done it all 100's of times, know all the maps etc. There's just always something to do in Tarkov and progress.

Ahh. I remember my first time playing EFT too. I had the same uncertainties about Scav runs and whether other scavs would try to kill me also.

A series with Fresh spawns learning Tarkov would be killer, it goes back to the Og FS Days learning strategies and basically teaching us the community the game from a different perspective then our usual Creators for Tarkov like Operatordrewski thats more Milsim. In my opinion Fresh spawns brings a more casual Vibe/ Easy environment to understand any Anti-Game
In my opinion Tarkov Tips from fresh spawns could bring a whole new Viewer base And getting to 1 million Subscribers would be that much easier 🤝

Btw I wana say, I’ve got hella hours on Dayz on console and pc, I LOVE Dayz, but I LOVE Tarkov. They’re both great for certain things. I’d recommend using the Tarkov wiki or just regular google images of the extracts on all the maps u play. Map knowledge is a MUST.
@@grantjones1299 also they need to realize that scavs and pmcs have both separate and some shared/co-op extracts.

Happy Easter George and John. Good to see you both venturing out into new games. I personally believe that Tarkov has beautiful graphics and some nice aspects, but it falls short to DayZ gameplay in several areas. I'll always pick DayZ over Tarkov.

Tarkov is such a brutal game. You each have different extract or can be the same. and each extract is different if you are not at the right extract then it won't prompt the leaving raid. From bullet types doing different penatration damage to having to put plates in your armor. The learning curve is quite steep. Gotta know what meds do what and stop bleeding. To making sure your mags are full all the time. But it such an additive game. I wanna see yall struggle and learn this game. It's totally different from Dayz beside it being a shooter game but that just allows yall to get more creative with how your going to treat every interactions. Can't wait to see more.
Welcome to Tarkov my Guys! I don't personally think the 2 games should b compared. However, there is plenty of crossover that knowing one will def help in the other with figuring out the new game. Survival is still the same, shoot first ask later. lol

I wish dayz had the mechanics and gunplay of tarkov. A perfect mix between the 2 games is honestly a dream game for me. GZW could do it with a ton of additions.
That did look like fun. I wouldn't say it's better than Day Z but it's definitely enjoyable to watch.

So I had two factors in choosing between DayZ and escape from tarkov. One was price, DayZ was 50 bucks, tarkov was 150 if you wanted the full package.
The other factor is the rumors and or multiple videos on the level of cheaters that are on tarkov. And apparently not controlled.

I just wanted to let you know that you are not supposed to kill scavs, nor are you supposed to kill scav players it effects 2 things, is scav cooldown, scav cooldown is where you see that your scav has a timer until you can play your next scav, oh I forget to mention, you have a reputation, that’s what effects the timer and it effect that 2nd thing, anyways the more scavs you kill the more the timer goes up to 40mins, to about an hour, now here is where a the other part of scav rep, there are vehicle extract in three locations, they cost money to leave, if you have normal scav rep, it will only cost 5000 roubles, but if you have negative scav rep, it makes you pay more to leave, that is because of the scav rep you have , but there is a way to reverse negative scav rep, if you are lucky, you can extract with, pmc’s, that is called a co-op extract, you earn major scav rep for that, if you extract with a v-extract, you earn not as good as co-op, but you earn a reasonable amount, and lastly if you extract with just yourself, in a scav raid you gain +1 scav rep, now as seen as what you did to those scavs in factory and customs, it’s gonna take a some time, but you’ll get there, hope that helps.
I just want to say that the TOZ that John has in his 2nd raid is the worst gun to use

I love tarkov and i love dayz. Both games can be evenly frustration and brilliant at the same time. Player interaction for me dayz is king. Surviving a raid to more rewarding than living long enough to be able to log out with loot. For me tarkov 9/10 dayz 10/10

Both games piss me off nowadays. Tarkov was fun for 3 wipes for me but after that I got tired of getting wiped and starting over. But the gameplay and aesthetic is so good in tarkov that it ruined dayz for me so now I’m waiting for something new.

@@Solidcambo yeah so far I don't think there are any sort of story quests unfortunately. I hear they have been making steady updates though.
Its just wierd compared to Dayz you cant stay on the map from some reason the map is small designed to make chokepoints forcing players into bottlenecks. Its 2024 and open world should be norm. Dont know why tarkov decided to go back to small maps like counter strike with timed matches.
