@@uglyboysmallz3845 I just put the stock one back on because the other one was like cast aluminum but I know that the stock round rubber one is nice and sturdy so I'm just going to keep with them unless I buy some like Chrome type ones from Harley no more knockoffs
Only curvy road in New York state? Boy, you need to get out and ride more. My father grew up just south of where this video was shot in Cortland County. He and his friends used to race through the twisties near Homer and Corrtland on a weekly basis. Try coming out to Western New York, take a ride down Tonawanda Creek Road and tell me that's not curvy. Plenty of twisties in New York state.
Son, I do need to ride more lol. I checked out that road you mentioned on google maps. Just might have to ride it next summer. NY is underrated for our back roads. Generally smooth flowing to no traffic either. Most of our roads are more gentle to sweeping curves with stunning views. Finding those tight turn after turn twistie roads is more rare here. The Homer/Cortland area is beautiful.
I have a Dyna low rider s coming from a 03 road king doing low speed manuvers 5 to 10 miles an hour the front wheel feels squirrely like it wants to tip over. Id love to add a sportster some day to my garage you ride the bike well my friend.
I’m glad you like my riding. On your low speed squirrely issue, it might me a technique thing. Are you familiar with Be the Boss of Your Motorcycle or Ride Like a Pro with Jerry Pallidino, they can get your low speed skills polished. If that doesn’t work, I’d check for a mechanical issue. Low Rider’s rock, ride ugly my friend.
The speed limit through the reservation is only 30mph. The natives don't need license plates as long as they stay on the reservation. If you finished and went all the way to 175 you would have seen a sign that the road is haunted and at night you may see the ghost bride who was supposed to be killed on her wedding night. She'll flag you down for a ride home.
I almost included the ghost bride story, I’m glad you mentioned it. I do remember the license plate law now after you mentioned that too. I’ve kind of forgotten things over the eons.
Awesome riding, we have plenty of twisties here in Ct but most roads are so chewed up. Ride safe man✌🏍
Thanx dude. Still feel bad about your peg you have to replace. Have a great holiday coming up.

Fun ride and perfect camera placement and sound level. Where do you mount it?
I’m just using a chest mount.

I'm blessed to live in SW Pennsylvania where the twistys are all around me and start at my driveway!
Like living in heaven. May you receive now snow this year.
Looks like a fun road. In the Southern Tier we have rt. 223 locally known as Swartwood Hill. Lots of tight curves. It's a blast.
I checked it out on google map’s, that does look fun.
