Yep. I came to realize that this year when I was in an accident, I rebuilt my front end and motor in my garage out of pocket. In the end after getting repainted it looks better than before the accident but it can all be lost in a split second.
why didn’t you buy an engine from sac city auto parts bro. They have nothing but VQ parts and they’re reputable. Advice to anyone never buy from random fb people never, bc there’s no guarantee. Other reputable people to buy engines I can think of is jdm depot. This is a real deal project guys, make 100% sure what you are getting is what you want even if you have to make the dude you’re buying wear a dress when he’s selling you the engine.
Saccity is the shit! But unfortunately rev up engine are extremely hard to come by, at the time they didn’t have one and those that have them including sac city (which just recently posted one finally) want $3k+ for a De rev up
@@edimaya2951 that makes more sense. I’m not sure what you plan to do in the future with the engines, but just an idea couldn’t you install aftermarket pistons and rods, compression test it, then sell it? Hone the block etc. hope it plays out well fam.
Damn edi...this I'm sure no one expected to hear all this, been watching you since the G37 conversion tutorial you did on ruby, you are not by yourself my guy. Ruby still looks good... she's been broken into( sorry sacks of sh@t(s) that did it), fenders are a little damaged, and trunk needs fixing...she still looks good because the creator of her is still good and positive. Being the creator of ruby means she will always be able to look her best. Just wait brotha til you drive her that first time...no camera, no pictures, just you and ruby driving wherever. That's when all this good and opposition fades. My g35 is the exact factory color as ruby and she has a front end conversion but I designed a widebody for it. It has sat on jack stands for 3yrs on end because of money, because of personal issues and things out of my control...I know I'm going to finish her just like you are yours. You are not alone my guy stay positive ❤

Edi hoping things turn around for you Keep on grinding don’t give up As far as your turbo motor keep the HP moderate especially the torque I have a turbo G35 seeing engine I’m at 6 pounds What killed my engine was the Torque Now with new engine 425 to the wheels my tq is down to 376 Conservatively so it doesn’t blowup Since my engine is not forged Next step is a 3.7 VHR swap go back to NA Too expensive when engine blows up Like you I don’t have a lot of money So VHR swap and done

Aaron has been solid for years now without any issues, same with Jdvq and others with boost, my problem was just me being impatient and not building the motor the first time around and instead buying crap engines so it was all my mistake
