  • In 1981 when Paul DiAnno left Iron Maiden, he was replaced by Bruce Dickinson, and a set of warm up gigs were scheduled in Italy to introduce the world to Iron Maiden's new lead singer. In 1982 for the release of The Number Of The Beast single the B-side contained a live recording of Remember Tomorrow from those Italian gigs... supposedly. I don't know where I first heard the rumor, but it was suggested that that recording was done in the studio with Bruce singing over the original multitrack recording from the Maiden Japan EP with Paul DiAnno's vocals removed. I can not exactly verify this, but the two recordings do sound identical.
I thought it would be interesting to take the two recordings and create a duet of Paul DiAnno and Bruce Dickinson singing this song together. Paul has the first verse, Bruce has the second verse, and they sing together for the choruses and the final verse.
    Hope you enjoy it!

That story is completely true, Bruce Dickinson acknowledged in different interviews. Great job, thanks for uploading it. 👏👏👏

Yes it’s basically Maiden Japan with Bruce’s voice dubbed over and was not recorded in Italy.
