Awesome! Keep up the great! I think maybe if the bow transitions of the violin could be adjusted in such a way the bow sound change' that's quite heard here (if wrong please correct me as i don't know the right name) is lessened or not so noticeable, i think it would be good. And i think the bow transition sound change for the cello as well if it can be adjusted i think it would be good.
I totally agree. The cello unfortunately has no option for manipulating bow transitions. Transitions are fully baked. That's a big limitation of that instrument and I'm not sure why Performance Samples decided to do that. For the violin, it's limited to only like two or three transition options, so it's a small bag to grab from. Hoping they expand on the offerings in this library at some point!
Appreciate it! I’ve got Liquidsonic’s Cinematic Rooms set to “Bright Hall” on one bus and Valhalla Room on another bus for slight more tail (especially for the woodwinds and brass).
Yep! Cinematic studio woodwinds, Spitfire Chamber Strings + Solo Strings layered, Glockenspiel from Spitfire Symphony Percussion, and The Grandeur Piano from Native Instruments.
@@QuiemRe Thank you! For reverbs I combine Valhalla Room with Cinematic Rooms (Bright Hall setting). Then I also place my instruments inside EarReverb 2 for virtual soundstaging and turn off Late Reflections so it isn't acting too much as a reverb, just as a hall placement plugin. For the instruments I used, you can find them in the video description. Hope that all made sense!
I can't get over how fake the cello sounds with its constant slide-y transitions 😟 What a missed opportunity! I hope we get an update with more transition types to bring it up to the same level as the violin.
I am also unhappy with the limitation of the fixed transitions on the solo cello. It's bizarre too since the violin actually does have variable transitions. And the Vista II solo cello they released has variable transitions. So yeah, I'm unsure of that decision on their part. It's especially bad at larger intervals, the portamentos are comical. Hoping these things get addressed in an update.

ok. Thanks for the info on the transitions. I appreciate.
Truly GREAT programming! With really good libraries of course, but still wonderful programming! Especially curious about use of reverb.

Did you make an intro 0:00 also using virtual instruments?

@@kaldenalexander7251 very cool! Wow. What reverb and plugins did you use?
