The song in this video is from River's point of view about the Doctor not the other way around. The Doctor is atleast somewhat impressed with River. We know this by what he says in Day of the Moon when he is sort introducing the Silence to River. He says "Nice hair, clever, has her own gun. And unlike me she really doesn't mind shooting people. I shouldn't like that, kinda do a bit." amoung other parts but that part popped in my head first.
Please please do this video again but with the clip of the Doctor kissing the TARDIS in Curse of the Black Spot at the part of the song kissing his car goodnight. It would make this video sooooooooo much more epic and awesome. Not that it isn't the way it is, it's just I can't stop thinking of that clip on that part of the song.

probably not. since Rose is in the episode we can assume the timeline for the 10th will be during season 2, way before he met River. if 11th say anything it will ruin the timeline stream since when 10 met River he didn't recognize her or her name
