At 3:25 you can see the imprint of the plank (as discoloration) on the bullet. Also, at 4:30 wooden splinters are visible in the gelatin along the cavity. It is a good video on this great bullet. I just bumped into it because I transition from Swift and Nosler hunting bullets to lead-free ones.

11 grams, still weight 11 grams? So is the ballistic tip material weightless? Also, try shooting it through just the ballistic gel without the simulated bone. That lead bullet is still going to mushroom. That copper bullet is basically going to pinhole right through the gel...
The plastic tip weighs less than one tenth of a gram (1.5 grains), so it is practically weightless. Also, these bullets mushroom just as well in bare gelatin and ballistic soap.
bits of wood hard to tell the difference between that and led.. you are leaving out the obvious points that the plastic remains inside the animal, the amount of meat effected by the led is extremely small and I for example pick bits out along the wound channel the close range wound channel and the led left over are NOT the point copper is a great choice for 5/600 yards and less and a bad choice over any longer range for hunting elk.

You should be shooting barnes x bullets copper hollow points designed in the 50's have been taking game animals for decades in a variety of calibers

If they made this stuff in higher bc and weights with a sd of 300 and higher it’d be a huge hit on the states.

As a meat hunter i shoot head and neck/ upper spine ...if i am unsure of The shoot ?...i dont Shoot 👍✌️💪😉
