M’n pakket zit al eeuwen bij jullie inklaring na dat ik er nog grof geld voor heb moeten betalen.. gaat deze ooit nog vrij komen of hebben jullie het weer kwijt gemaakt?
@@iljastrijbos3854 Erg vervelend dat dit zo lang op zich laat wachten. Maar een inklaringsproces kan in het uiterste geval zo'n 30 dagen in beslag nemen. Ik raad je aan om voor verdere vragen contact op te nemen met onze verschillende klantenservice kanalen via www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/ of via Facebook/Twitter.
@@postnl is er ook een manier om de inklaring afdeling direct te benaderen? En wat als het meer dan 30 dagen duurt?

do you have to pay more when a package is delivered in the evening or on sundays? I hope so. I also hope the deleiverer gets paid more for working after 18.00 or on saturdays/sundays.
Ok I’m pretty stressed now... so I ordered on eBay with a “Standard International Shipping” on July 1.

July 5. (7:07am) - The item is in transit
July 7. (7:42am) - Departed from sorting center abroad
July 7. (7:43am) - The item is processed at the PostNL sorting center

Heeft het wel zin om hier een afspraak te vragen? Ik heb dat al twee keer gedaan: geen reactie, geen postnl die langsgekomen is op de gevraagde momenten. Wat een service!
Rampzalig. Post.nl heeft nooit geleverd. Uiteindelijk is het een andere vervoersfirma die dat gedaan heeft. Die wel een afspraak heeft gemaakt op een moment dat ik zeker thuis zou zijn. Spijtig dat men niet zelf kan beslissen door wie men toegeleverd wordt.
Goedemiddag lieverd! Een hele toffe video over je belangrijke en niet simpele logistieke robot. Vertel ons hoe het met u gaat met internationale verzendingen van pakketten en brieven, wie zijn uw partners? Ik ben van plan om uw service te gebruiken om mijn artikelen te bezorgen terwijl ik mijn vriendin naar Milaan, Italië verhuis. Bij voorbaat dank voor uw vriendelijke antwoord)

Still waiting since march 02, track&trace is sh1t & lie out of NL..Today is 28 and still not delivered. Based on Google Maps 14,8 days is enough to travel on foots the same distance..:(
I order from from Postnl for the first time. I live in the USA, in CA and the web site says 4-9 days for USA delivery. It has been 2 weeks and still nothing I am getting worried, and they seem to have a lot of complaints about their company.

mine has been in transit for 6 days, but it said Arrived to country of destination for 4 days
@@kora___ same to me, i have 3 parcels two of them have the status arrived in destination country for more than 10 days and one is in transit for more than a week. The strange thing is that the parcels wich they pretend to be in my country, the tracking numbers are not registered yet in our national post database. So someone is lying....

Why do you have tremendos problems delivering to Spain after many months? Terrible experience. Not happy. Room for improvement. Should use Google Earth location coordinates and GPS coordinates.
