I paddle board with a blue Merle like Blue and once she got the balance down she does great. I have a foam mat glued to the board for her to stand on 8:18
Another wild adventure mini film, packed with wildlife & adventure ! The seals were thrilling, literally brought tears to my eyes. Your messages are always the same… enjoy life, get out into wildlife, use the abilities you have to their fullest. Enjoy and immerse yourself in the natural world whenever time permits. Time is precious. Leave no trace. The seascapes that few get to see from that perspective, made the effort and energy spent making this film almost superhuman… Alan, thankyou.
Happy Fathers Day to Al and his Dad, quality content as always, whether on Land Air and Sea, life affirming content for your soul, no one does it better, seals the No1 youtuber spot everytime.
WOW Al.....This adds a whole new side to you channel....Amazing to be able to see places that majority of people's would love to see ...your camera work is becoming epic ...so thank you ....much kudos 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Loved this. I used to Scuba dive off the Farne Islands, Northumberland and the seals were like these. They used to sneak up from behind and tug your fins. Once one nibbled my gloved hand and was so gentle. Happy memories, thanks Al.
Cheers Dave. Yes it’s a lovely experience with our beautiful animals. My dad kayaked the Farne islands years ago so I’ll have to get there soon. I love that area👌
I often thought that as a guy, I would never wear today's bright bold colors -BUT I WAS WRONG! Those colors are so nice and I think it makes it even more fun to watch your videos! Your work is really good IMO. Very skillful photography. And if you think you're doing nothing particularly special regarding video production, then I would say you are such a natural that it just comes easy. Your videos are awesome. You will soon have a large audience.
I just want to say your videos are amazing and your dog is so smart. I am a disabled lad in the wheelchair and so wish I could do what you do. But I really do get a kick out off watching what you do so thank you.
Absolutely amazing Al, never mind the caves, birds, seals and coastline , your interaction with the bee was totally awesome. No doubt you're totally in tune with nature, I'm sure if it were me the kayak would have flipped, panic all consuming . Keep them coming, missed Blue , x
A great video which brought back many happy memories. Dead right about looking after your body and use it before you loose it. In my time I've paddled that coast, explored the caves and camped on the cliffs, but with my 80th rapidly approaching I've now lost it. Great to watch your video and recall those magic days out.
Awe, the Seal was so adorable. Living in Monterey, California I swam almost daily with the Sea Otters and Seals. The were so, so playful. It was so hard not to hug and kiss them!!!! LOL.
Absolutely next level! Wow! Thank you so much for all your hard work. Thoroughly enjoyed this as I used to love canoeing as a teenager in sea cadets. You've also shown us places where we may never go and your footage was awesome. Thank you. Loved the timelapses over the sea..so relaxing. As I was enjoying watching this it reminded me of the words to Dr Seuss' poem 'Oh the places you will go'. Keep going Al 😊👍
Wow what an amazing video the beautiful seals playing...after returning home from a long night shift at the hospital I was so relaxed thank you so much ☺
Wow, I am sitting watching you whilst on bed rest from a knee injury. You are like a real life action man. I cannot wait to be out camping with my dog and cats.
When you went through one of the caves you could hear the gulls squawking and I swear at first I thought it was a bunch kids shouting "go through" to you ha ha
Wonderful video., all your videos are! Lucky choosing a calm seas day, the whole coastal area is well known for its treacherous swell., live it!! Thank you. Miss ‘Blue’ ..
Another wonderful video Al, been to Flamborough many times and it was a joy to see it from a different perspective. The nature you encountered was epic. Thanks for your hard work in allowing us to experience this with you.
Love love loved this video, especially the seals, I mean wow stroking a seal must have been amazing. But the only thing is missed Blue. Thanks for sharing. X
Wow Al lad, that was a bit different and enjoyed that fella. Those seals are awesome and very friendly indeed. Definitely inspiring video and thanks for taking us on your journey. Its knackered me out all that rowing. Take it easy pal and keep up the good work
That coastline looked amazing! It's great how nature will also take an interest in things it doesn't normally see too, reminds me of an interaction I had with a Nepoleon Wrasse when I used to dive.
Wow, epic video. What an adventure Looks like you've got some great coastline up there just like we have down here in Dorset. That kayak looks great and opens up all sorts of possibilities. Thanks for another perfect sunday evenings entertainment.
Just bought a abisko 1 now I need a kayak, flamborough head stunning place amazing coast line I went last year with my son to the Haven site Thornwick bay couldn't get over how beautiful it is, lots of people cliff diving, caught some mega sunsets there I love Yorkshire
Top spot there, I’ll loads of puffins too. I’ve done a fair bit of sea kayaking around Anglesey. Lovely place to paddle. Our coastline is best viewed from the water. Totally different perspective. Plus loads of unaccessible beaches to camp on
What a superb video. Was in Flamborough Head a month ago, walked about 4miles along the cliffs. Some stunning scenery but kayaking along gives a whole new view. 👍
so that stack of rock, like a chimney. has a tire on top, and they use it to practice doing rescue attempts near cliffs etc. I think they call it the chimney stack. as for the BIG cave on thornwick, its called smugglers cave, and has a shaft that goes all way up to top of cliffs. a boat trip can take you into the smugglers cave too when tide is in
bushman your one crazy, crazy individual and i mean that in a nice way, ive never desired to go canoeing but your video made me want to do just that lol but i am going to wait until the tides recede before exploring flamborough caves (which btw i have done many times) i know i will never see them all but hey oh, i wasnt going to watch this one (out of protest cos there's no blue) but your intro with speeded up footage set to handl's water music just drew me in, loved it........take care and look forward to the next one
Epic adventure (although bet you are missing Blue)! Very true mate re the body. It's no surprise to me that I'm constantly seeing fell runners in the lakes in their 70s, looking like they are only 45/50 years old!! The outdoors is the way forward and IS LIFE :-)
Wow i didnt realise our sea was so green and those awesome caves your probably the only 1 whose ever been in some, the 1st time i heard the 1st seal was scarey lol but that other 1 enjoyed you and your kayak and to stroke him too arrr thanks for the journey with you
Great video, absolutely amazing. Unfortunately do not have room for a solid kayak. So done my research and am going for a Aquaglide Angling Blackfoot 130 Kayak as I love to sea fish and can inflate and deflate and store it at home. Usually fish and swim down Devon so mainly will be exploring and camping around that end of England but don't you worry on a nice calm day I will be hopefully venturing out to Flamborough Head. I used to do a lot of Sport Diving and Commercial Diving and one thing we learnt about Seals, they can be playful but be under no illusion, if they decide to attack, they will win every time and leave you with horrendous injuries or even death.
As always I thoroughly enjoyed this Al, albeit something different. Safe to say you was kissed by Mother Nature in this one, at least twice. The wildlife made up for Blue’s absence. 👌👍👊
What a great video. I am more used to your mountains, fabulous...but I bet Blue is missing you. I was expecting to see him on a ledge or pretending to be a seal. So much admiration for you.
Stunning video, showing the sea, birds and seals as they really are. The sea is so unpredictable, but you managed it with ease. Did you use a floating camera to show yourself kayaking? Seals were so playful and actually cat like. So peaceful a view from the bench too. Very inspiring to anyone with a heart and soul.
What a brilliant video it just gets better and better excellent content and tremendous wildlife those seals are something else. Just missing Blue but here’s to the next video. All the very best take care Cheers BK

Brilliant Al! Great to see you exploring and enjoying our Yorkshire coastline. Flamborough is my favourite place on the coast and only 25 minutes from where I live. Loved the interaction from the seals. Top work again 👏 #no1youtuber

They are amazing!
I was half expecting Blue to pop his head out of the luggage hatch when you took the cover off! 😂. Excellent trip yet again! 👍
😂😂😂 that would be good if he could fit👌
I paddle board with a blue Merle like Blue and once she got the balance down she does great. I have a foam mat glued to the board for her to stand on 8:18
Nice to see that Blue allows you out without supervision 😁
I had to tell him I was going to a friends house😂😂😂
Just get a small kayak, tow him behind you. Lol

That is definitely worth considering when spending money. Many more memories to make😉👊
That was so much fun! Your country has wonderful places to explore. Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks Julie. Hopefully I’ll get to show you even better places by kayak too👍
So amazingly cute, all that waving splashingly, you talking, the birds talking and it was the snap shot's unnatural click that woke beautiful seal up.
Defo quite special being out there in it all😊👌
