I love the very clean and traditional Chin Na .The only thing I have a complaint against the comments where you keep saying that once a lock is locked on, the opponent can’t escape. Every lock has a minimum of 3 escapes.
I do love the feel to the traditional form and beauty.

Quelques techniques qui reste tout de même inefficaces ou complexe dans le mouvement d’exécution trop long .

Depends on what style are you talking about. The internals arts definitely needs to tweaked for todays world but the body mechanics can stay the same. External martial arts are completely useless nowadays
